Debt Collector
I just got a call from 713-568-1033
I work at a law firm, I told them to stop calling my job, but they still continue to call me on my job. I will take legal action on them. I a ask for a fax number. They are in violation of your civil rights by harassing you on your job

What he is, is exactly what I stated before. He's a fraudulent debt collector attempting to imply that anyone who posts here must be in delinquent debt. He's a poseur who is so inept that he's unable to keep his stories straight. He thinks that if he can compose a tale someone will believe it.
As is more than obvious, he's wrong. We deal with his kind here all the time. He may write better than most, but it does him no good. The smell that emanates from a Shill can be detected through the internet. Whether he be in Mumbai or Dallas the stench remains the same. He's a dishonest, foul human being who survives by feeding on the detritus that is left behind by the legitimate business world. In a word, he is a nothing.
Live Well.

That is very unfair and annoying if you are being inaccurately targeted.  I say document the calls and proceed with legal action.

Why don't you address those of us who HAVE NO debt, but continue to receive calls from such scammers?

And for those who may wonder how I stumbled upon this site, I have an aquaintance who has debt, a civil matter, but wrote a worthless check (a criminal matter) to get out if debt (only to incur more debt), and they wanted my assistance with said person who has been calling their number. After my discussion about responsibility, I then told them to pay their debt because if they would have never defaulted, they would not be receiving said calls. Those who post here may proceed as you wish with your debt, however just as some of you may go to work to earn wages, financial entities loan money in good faith of having it returned. The people behind the names of companies have mouths to feed too. I suggest all of you understand the law and the different loopholes regarding the law. If the law was very straightforward then many of you professing the law on this site would be attorneys and then maybe you would understand the responsibility of paying debts from a legal and moral perspective.

And again, "Quote - Jethro Wms 3 h 2 min ago

Oh calm down you who are obviously in debt and using my hard earned wages and education to fund your lack of responsible behavior. That post was a way for me to pass the time in between duties for my demanding job that provides a salary with two commas..... Now obviously most of you are not the best at money management, so I'll let that simple yet complicated math concept of two commas amongst figures, rest on your spirit until a resolution is achieved. I guess it is true that criminals make the best would be attorney's. It is so funny how many people know the law on this site and very few to none of you have a bar number (notice I didn't say a law degree as those are two different scenarios). The bottom line is if you were good stewards of your finances, you would not have to debate the veracity of suspected erroneous claims on this site. Live within your means, pay back what you borrow, and guess what???? There would be no need for these sites, posts, or your catharsis regarding what happened when person with said number listed on this site, contacted you. Be well and the holiday season is an excellent time
to secure additional employment to PAY YOUR DEBTS!

I was arrested behind this company.  I don't know what they said or did to have me served with a warrant, but I was served.  Either they pressed about my case really hard or I just have plain ole bad luck.  The court officials let me out on my own signature pending my return and appearance on a court date in January of 2014.  This was horrible timing with the holidays approaching.  My mother was even about to put up the deeds to her trailor home before they let me sign myself out.  This sucks and that lady was nice until I started saying I didn't have the funds and didn't know when I could pay them.  After I said that she became as mean as hornets in a hornet's nest."

So what your saying is that you worked for this company as a scammer, then got fired, and now are working for another scammer, so you are defending them all?? What kind of person are you?

You smoke-blowing Twit! The only way you'd have a "salary" with two commas is if you're paid in Rupees. You're a minimum wage minion who lies like a rug & depends on his lines of BS to survive. You fool no one here because the regulars here earn more in a week than you do in a month.
You seem to think that the people here are in debt. Wrong, Genius! I could buy your worthless a** with proceeds from the sale of a single piece of art from my collection. Any one of the regulars here have credit scores that you can only dream of. Of course that doesn't take much. You're a bottom-feeding collector for a two-bit firm. Only the lowest of the low are employed by firms who blatantly disregard the federal regulations regarding the collection of debt. Even in your best year you've never earned 60k....before taxes. How do I know this? I've met your kind on numerous occasions. Always on the Plaintiffs side of the room. Never as a defendant. People like you, and your attorneys, ooze slime instead of sweat. The reason that your attorneys show up in court without you is that your mere presence would bring the gavel down with a judgement for the defendant before a word was spoken. Your kind are parasites with no reason to exist. You're a laughing stock in a world where derision is the norm.
Pay our bills? The reason you're a fraudulent debt collector is it's the only thing you can do. You've fouled your own nest to such a degree that scraping at the bottom is what you have to do to survive. You've given away your honor & integrity in exchange for making a buck the only way you can. Lies, empty threats & delusions of grandeur are your only companions in your empty life.
As far as your math skills go, you're a joke. My annual income is in the six figures. As in with one comma. Are you trying to imply that you scam more than a million dollars a year? Dream on you insignificant worm. The only way you'll make a million dollars in your life will be if you win a lottery. That'll never happen. You have to be able to afford a lottery ticket to do that.
Now run along and spend the next twelve hours trying to compose a reply. Until then....
Skeff Ett Liv!

This isn't a discussion as to whether or not we should "Pay our bills"---

This is about consumers rights when it comes to the collection of debts.

Thanks for playing.

OMG --- that wasn't even a semi believable attempt at shilling.  Debt is a civil, not criminal matter.  However, I do not one bit of truth in your fraudulent post "I just have plain ole bad luck".  I can't agree more. Shilling and attempt to lie to the folks so you can steal there money is not welcome around these parts --- you barked up the wrong tree.  Have a nice day!

I had message on my answer machine saying I owed on a payday Loan City Loan and she didn't give name. She said if I didn't contact her that this be given to a lawyer and I would be summons to court over it. She had my full name and the last 4 numbers of my social security number. I then called the number and a man by the name of John answered and said he was with Diversified or something like that company and is not associated with any collection agency. He then told me he put the number of 1-713-568-1033 in his computer and it was a number to a scam that is wanted by Feds. I told him I was going to report the number right away and I would call back to see if he answered it again. So I called again and an answering machine came on saying this is John with Diversified or something like that leave name and phone number we will get back to you. I said well I guess the lady who called and gave this number is scamming your number and getting it directed to her . I said I will be reporting this number and all to Federal Government . It was a debt collector and also this same lady called me way back in Aug from a different number and it was a scam at that time she was using a lawyers number and having it routed to her company.

Melissa called and she was very ignorant and uneducated she needs to go back to school if she wants to act like an official officer of the law. Talking about that a warrant will be issued an so on and so forth, the call was so bad that I can't even explain it. She needs to serve herself with some papers, some educational papers lol
