I am receiving at least 2 phone calls a day from Capital One Auto Finance on my work phone and it is for a person who has not been with our company for almost 1 1/2 years. Everytime I try and dial the number back, the only option it gives me is to enter an account number or social security number. It does not give you an option to speak to anyone. This is a business phone. They only say hello also and realize they are in voice mail and hang up. My name is on my voice mail and if they didn't have automatic dialing to where they don't hear it, they would realize they are wasting their resources and time calling my phone a couple times a day.

Capital One Auto Finance, just a creditor, they use a local number to call so that you will pick up your phone they also use.
