Portfolio Recovery - A vicious debt collector without scruples.
Their tactic is buy 10 year old uncollectible debt for pennies and then hound anyone to the breaking point.
People, the statute of limitations for being liable for a debt is 4 years on most debt in most jurisdictions. NEVER NEVER NEVER answer these calls.
