I continually receive hang up call from this number, they originally were calling looking for somone one other than myself and I told them they had a wrong number, now, they keep calling and hanging up on me I have called and told them to remove my name from the list they said they would and they still have not.

The caller is now stating that they are from the Law Offices of William Siegel.  VERY RUDE person (however, I was not very pleasant since they called me at 8:30am while I was beginning my homeschooling day with my children, so he was probably just responding to my demeanor!!) When my husband called them back, as it was he they were calling for, it was an automated message.

I'm looking forward to them calling back because I will remind them we are on the 'Do Not Call Registry' and will demand they stop calling...I will be nicer this time, though!! :)

While, I really don't believe they are a law firm, but a collection agency, the woman I talked to was very nice and helpful.

okay in an hours time they called me 6 times. seriously if I dont answer leave a message. dont call back in 5 flippin mitutes. eeerrr. thiers gotta be a way that someone can catch this company if they are fruads. its not right to harrass people.

They call every day, early in the morning, multiple times. Called them back asking to stop calling my number, wasn't helpful at all.

They have been calling several times a day for over a week.  I work from home and phone number is business number.  I answer with my full name/company name and they hang up.  I have lived here just over a year and have received multiple debt companies calling about previous tentants.  I am do not call list and would ask them to stop calling but they always hang up when I answer.  They have called when I am not here but never leave a message.  I was shocked at the amount of complaints on this number anbd company.  I have reported them to do not call registry as well as Fca.  Everyone needs to report them everytime they call in order to have any possibility of stopping these people

I keep getting calls from this number, everyday, I always miss their calls, I never answer them, when im around when they call i ignore them. BUT THEY DONT STOP! I dont even own a credit card or have any debt problems. What the hell is it that they want? To be sued? I'm friggin 16 here. I had my number changed recently and maybe thats the case. I dont know.. I didnt get so many calls from this number with my previous #. These people are begginning to tick me off. they left a VM once, it was short, no one spoke, only some noise.

Received daily calls for weeks from this number to my unlisted cell phone.  Never any voicemail messages left-had to finally call it and politely ask to remove this number.  Had no knowledge of the person they were trying to reach.
Now we will just wait and see if the calls stop.

Called, left no message.  Called back and spoke to a Mr. Harris and he asked me for a reference number. I told him I didn't have one.  He asked me for my name and I wouldn't give it to him unless I knew why they were calling.  Asked me for my phone number, COULDN'T EVEN FIND WHY THEY WERE CALLING!  Annoying and rude.

today I got a call from 1-888-587-0752 it was a man on the other end of the phone. he was looking for a women and i told him that he had the wrong number. he went on to say the number that he was calling and i said yes that is the number you called, but you still have the wrong number. so he went on asking me if this person was here and again i said no, so then he asked is there someone there by this name and again i said no, so he went on asking which is it is this person there or not, or there someone there by this first name. he got very, very, very rude and i hung up on him. i'm still trying to figure out what part of 'SORRY YOU HAVE TO WRONG NUMBER' this person didnt understand.

I received a call from these people today, a "Mr. Roberts", who stated that I owe them over $900.00 for a Capital One credit card I had over 6 years ago. I told him that I paid that debt off in 2007, in the sum of $402.00. He then told me that I would need to produce a "Debt Settlement" letter to him from the previous debt collection agency, but I never received one. He then told me that I would have to pay them for this debt. I am contacting a lawyer. This has to be illegal!

Yes, they are collectors and they called me by mistake. They had a wrong number and they are not polite at all. Ahg !!!

Today I got a call from this number. A very rude men said that he was calling from First USA, when I told that I was not the person he may be looking for, very rude said I have a balance of $22,000.00 he wants me paid that balance.

I got a call today from 888.587.0752 and I do not answer these calls.  I've read over these posts and I have no affiliation with any credit card companies, and I have a new cell number.  Why can't something be done to stop these kinds of calls?  Don't people have anything to do other than harass innocent people who have no debt or who have cleared up debt?

got another call from this phone number.  i don't answer it since i don't know the number and they never leave voice mail.  wish they would stop calling me.  irratating.  just because the phone rings, doesn't mean i have to answer it.

Calling my cell and my husbands cell and only would give the same law office name listed in the other comments.  Each time they call it costs me money BTW, The one time I answered I would not comfirm who I was and the woman called me a b***h.  I called back and a  man answered, figured out it was my number (caller ID, I assume ) and HE proceeded to also be beyond rude; is there anything that can be done to block calls?

Got a call from these people on my work cell phone and my personal cell phone. I asked to be removed from the call list when they asked for a person I did not know. I thought this was taken care of but apparently not because they called back the next day asking for someone else. I told them to remove me from their list or I would contact my attorney regarding this. I turned the tables on them and kept calling them to make sure they took me off their list. They told me they did...we will see.

Received the second call from this number, I didn't pick up and they didn't leave no message.

First and foremost the debt that is being collected from a third party is debt tht has been charged off and sold by the original debtor. For the woman who feel unsafe about someone calling her at a new number, this is called skip tracing this is done when a person has an outstanding debt and PUBLIC info is used to locate the debtor this is NOT illegal it is only illegal for the calls to continue once you tell them they have the wrong# but if you give reason to believe it's the right number then they will call back especially if you are a documented spouse! And people! CHARGED OFF does not mean you dont have to pay it!

HEY, FYI... Attorneys are ONLY licensed to practice law in certain states.  LOOK THEM UP & VERIFY WHAT STATE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE LAW IN!!!

ALSO, sometime your one BAD account gets sent to 10 different collection companies, SO who ever collects on it, gets paid.  Don't be surprised if you have multiple companies contacting you about the same account ALSO, these people work on commission, SO they will usually call you A LOT around the 15th and the 30th.

Don't settle any depts with these con artists.  They send offical looking form letters with several options to settle old debts.  I took an option 1 and paid off an old BEALS credit card in full.  They took my money and never cleared the debt. Some of the names they use are Mitchell Law Offices, Mictell and Kay Law Firm, and Plaza Associates.  FTC hang them by their nutts.

I keep getting calls on a new Comcast number (I've had it for 3 months) and it's in my name only. They call asking for my son's friend who lives in Sacramento, CA (we live in Vancouver, WA). I keep telling them I don't know the person and to stop calling me. They keep calling and when I tell them I requested they stop, they claim I never asked them to stop calling. Today, when he said I never made the request, I yelled LIAR and hung up on him. Not real professional of me since I should have gotten his name and company name and then next time they call, tell them who I spoke with, the date and time of the last call, and that I RECORDED IT and am recording the current call and will be taking it to my local police department to file harassment charges.

Got a call from a very rude and aggressive man at this No. ext 5707.  Says it is Law Offices of Michelin and Kay. "Urgent Legal matter."

had several calls from 888-587-0752. Came up on caller ID as unknown. Man said his name was George and this was his direct #. Had an identical call
4 days ago however it was a different person ( this time with heavy accent) claiming to be the so called 'George'.
