Just had a call from this number, didn't answer but they left a message:  The guy on the message said he was agent Smith and wanted me to call him back to get "my side of the story. Call back number was to a 404-585-2618, the area code is to Atlanta GA. I called this number and a female answered and when I told her that I felt it was a scam and that they were not law enforcement and I was going to call our local police and register a complaint, the woman said I have no proof and hung up. I then called the 713 number and the same woman answer again. Don't answer these calls!!!

Calling asking about someone else. Assuming its a debt collection.
