I've received about 9 calls from this number in the last 24 hours.  Answered it the first time because the area code is the same as a number of my friends' numbers.  The guy on the line spoke very little English and kept talking to me in Spanish as I was trying to explain that I didn't understand him and would like for him to stop calling.  I've put my number on the national do-not call registry, so we'll see if that helps.  I think he was trying to get me to switch cable companies or something.
