THEY CALLED AND ASKED IF I HAD A CORPORATE OFFICE. THEN I TOLD THEM NO SO THEY HUNG UP ON ME.

They called several times and we said that is already taken care of by our Payroll company. They sent a labor law poster anyways without authorization of order.

Ms. Ramey leaves me a voicemail at least once per month. She is from the Federal Wage and Labor Law Institute. Her voicemails are a bit demanding..."Hello, the is Ms Ramey with the Federal Wage....and I NEED you to give me a call back as soon as possible." I have mistakenly taken her call and she is just trying to get my to buy their labor posters. I use another organization to get my labor posters and she tries to tell me that hers are more accurate. Whatever!! But not using her first name, refering to herself by "Ms." and then stating she is with the Federal Wage and Labor Law Institute makes her sound "Official" Nothing more than a sales call!

They have called me five times, always about 6:30am my time. I called them back the first time and when they learned I was an individual, not a business, they said they called in error. But they continue to call, no matter that I always call them and tell them to take me off their list.
