I called Pasadena ISD's main number and explained the situation. I was put through to someone who resolved the situation within 30 min. I received a phone call back saying my number had been removed from the list and they were apologetic.

It's the Pasadena Independent School District's - Auto Dialer or a recording
Someone has listed your number (possibly a typo or previous tenant) as a child's/parent's contact number & you will continue to receive those until you or the parent removes it. I would assume contacting PISD may help, good luck.

This number keeps calling me, and since I don't know Spanish, all I can do is delete it! Help! How do I block that BlTCH?!?!?!?

I just got this call. It's from Red Bluff Elementary School. It is an auto-dialer message reminding about the school food-drive this time.
I will be letting the Principal know what is happening. It needs to be fixed.
