I get multiple calls from this number, I don't pick up the phone from unknown callers, Does anyone know who they are

It is Herman Memorial hospital I was in an accident they immediately turned over to their attorney and fold a lien against me within 72 hours of my being seen in the E R. They are harassing me their attorney is harassing me. My insurance paid and my auto insurance is paying but they continuously call and most of the time hang up

Yep.  It's Memorial Hermann.  Last year I went in for 3 days for a kidney infection during pregnancy.  After my deductible I ended up owing around $1550.  I have been paying them what I can afford monthly and now owe about $700.  They continue to call me weekly.  They also send me threat letters every month to turn me over to collections.  I now have a bill for about $2100 for the birth and told them I need to set up a payment plan and they refused the amount.  I will still pay what I can online.  They have already started the threats even though the bill is only a month old.  Lol.  They should be happy I am paying something being that a lot of people don't pay anything.  Just sick of the phone calls.

It's Memorial Hermann  Patient Services - they leave a pre-recorded message on my phone....looking for $$ that should have been taken care of by insurance, no doubt.

I live in GA & have never been to that hospital- WTH are they calling me about!?!?!

receive calls on a daily basis, including SUNDAY.  claim they are representing Memorial Hermann,  have asked numerous for a statement to bill mailed. verified mailing address, still receive nothing. had a payment plan for the hospital stay set in place with memorial and why it has been sent to collections no one seems to be able to explain.  funny thing is never rec'd a statement of any sort from hospital nor the PFS group.  Today, a young lady called my work and was extremely rude when asked to not call my place of employment. She said that I needed to just pay my bill and she would quit calling.  lovely young thing doesn't realize she crossed a major line.

If your name is Smith you will get collection calls for EVERY Smith in your state and beyond.  If you deny being THAT Smith the collectors think you are lying.  The biggest mistake I made in my life was falling in love and marrying a Smith.  Should have made him change his name to mine.
Called them back and they said they would remove my number from that account.  We will see!!

Yup Memorial Herman who are so glad to call you and harass you for a bill payment but wont even help you with the medical issue you go in for with insurance.  I went in with Gall Bladder pain/stones but felt like I was having a heart attach.  The morphine shots barely took the edge off the pain.  They wouldn't do a simple ultrasound to confirm it was the issue and treat it.  But they are sure happy to bill me $300 bucks for the copay and special tests they ran to confirm I didn't have a heart or lung issue.  Sent me home in the extreme pain I went in with and no diagnosis or real help.  The Triage nurse even asked me if I had my Gall Bladder.  Yet they never tested for it and when I asked when they told me they where going to release me they said it wasn't life threatening.  I beg to differ.  Lodged Gallstone can lead to extreme liver damage and potential sepsis, Jaundice and death.  They are just sharks after hard earned money.  I had to treat myself holistically because the medical profession and insurance wouldn't pay to diagnose me without another $200 for the ultrasound out of pocket.  Oh well they will only get $5 a month from me just to keep it from collections.  As long as you pay something they can't report it as bad debt. ;)

got a hang up call.  i am making payments to them monthly and they still say it isn't enough.  sad thing is i'm paying all of my bills trying to keep my credit score up and they are threatening to send me to collections.  can they do that even if they are cashing my checks every single month?

I got a call from this number claiming that they're calling from Memorial Hermann Hospital.  Apparently (or so they say) I have a small balance from a visit 3 1/2 months ago that I was not aware of -- provided them w/ my insurance card at the time and they didn't ask for anything more.  Perhaps the insurance did not cover all of the balance...

They are calling me for my father who passed away in their hospital after only 30 minutes.  It is for 50.00 that the insurance did not pay.  I am not responsible for his debts.

I haven't received anything from them in the mail; but they are calling me. I asked them where they were sending the bill and they ask me to confirm my address. They would not tell me where they were sending said bill for diagnostics done over a year ago. Apparently they just want to charge me 14.00 yet not bill me for said charges!! It's not like it's even for a LOT of money.......... these people are retarded.

Memorial Hermann Hospital doesn't have anything better to do than call & hang up repeatedly.

I paid my $100+ online yesterday to Memorial Hermann, but I got another call from this number today. They've called twice before and since no caller ID came up, I didn't answer. I got half of a perky, recorded voice telling me to call between 8am & 10pm and repeating part of the number. I Googled and found this. I appreciate the information!

Its Memorial Hermann bill collectors. My ex girlfriend was taken there after a car crash and Im assuming she never paid her damn bill so they are constantly calling to remind me about the pending balance. GOOD LUCK GETTING THEM TO STOP CALLING. Ive asked them over and over again and to no avail.

They call me every week , funny i havent been sick in over 10 years , never even stepped into any hospital and lastly , its the wrong number but the dumb bimbo working there cant understand why she keeps getting the wrong number - duh !

don't call me send a bill like normal people do. YOU AND EVERYONE ELSE  CALLING NEEDS TO STOP. I don't have a job.

My Dad who was moved from Memorail Hermann (memorial city) to a hospice (May 2010) gets these collection calls on my cell phone because I'm his emergency contact.  I guess they know from the diagnosis that they need to act fast.

Me too... Sweet discount... So did Jim get his problem fixed or did he just complain to Jeff and not resolve nothing? Cause they seemed pretty nice once I got them on the phone. :)
