This is the same guy that left 4 messages for me to urgently call him back. There was a law suit against my social security number. I have had a lot of scam calls lately therefore I check the telefone numbers on the web and came across this site with all these complaints.
I called him and left him a nice message on his voicemail. Lets see if he calls me back.

Is that bad that they have my full ssn and banking information what do i do.

He called me as well, how do we find these people? how do they get part of your sss#?

the same guys has called me twice today saying i was being sued for 749.62 i had to pay today or be taken to court and would have to pay 8000$ and would lose my job and never be able to get a job again also he would put 16 point on my fica score and that anyone i put as a reference would be sued also once i started questioning him he disc the call and said that i would be subpoened at my job and that he would also contact them

I also got a call from this number713-900--4668 at first he said he was a law firm, now when he calls he says he is with the OSBI and now he is calling my place of employeement which has really gotten me mad. I know he has to be stopped. I dont even know why he is calling he is a forgenier and I cant for the life of me fiqure out what he is saying. I also let it go to voice mail and still don't know why he is harrassing me. Someone needs to sue the living crap out of him.

I received a call from some iranian guy, saying hes calling me from the law office of Vermont & Associates, in Houston Texas. He said that he is calling to let me know Im being sued for $8,000 dollars for a supposeably loan i submitted. he said I submitted for a loan, wouldn't give me no details,he said I would find out the details in court. He ask me to confirm my name and ss number. Then he said I would have to go to court and that my employer would also have to be present at court. This guy (Eric Vermont) has my personal info, such as bank name and account number. He said he even has my IP address to show where I submitted the loan from... I have no ideal how this guy got my info, and I did not submit for no loan. I was on the phone with him for over an hour... He is telling me I could fix this outside the courts if I come up with $1k,tomorrow 9.12.11. He said if I dont paythis, he is going to put 16 points on my credit report and will make sure I cant ever get credit again! The address that he gave me to his office is: Vermont & Assocs, @ 402 Main St, Houston Tx, 77002. Ph# 713-900-4668. I ask this guy to give me his business lic, or the lawyer in charge biz lic and he refused. He said I would get this info when I get summend to court. He kept telling I am going to loose the case and that I have to pay the $8k then, or it will be garnished from my wages. My neice got a call from this number stating they were with Demonte and Associates and said she owed 8000 Friday and then said on Tuesday Sept 6th 2011 that it was 589.00.
He says his name is Kevin Johnson. Has a eastern accent, very rude and threating  to black list
my social security number and even read back my social security number.

I got a call from this number. He sounded like he was trying to disguise his voice with a middle-eastern accent. threatened to have my SSN blacklisted. i didn't even know that could be done. I did a reverse lookup for this number on the internet and and received a message stating this is a false number, it does not exist.

I got a call from this number. The people have a fake southern accent and they were horribly rude, used foul language on the phone for no reason at all!

The harassing phone calls from some Indian call center saying I am being sued that there are 4 lawsuits against my social security number. They call from different phone numbers and give different names all sound very generic American, but these people are obviously lying.  They are not Americans nor are they legitmate.  all this occured after appyling for an online payday loan. It 's very annoying but I am not sure I can stop it.  My advice never apply for an online payday loan especially with one of those network of lenders because they distribute your information to many of whom I believe are fraudulaent lenders who then turn around and begin these attempts to threaten and scam you.

What I can tell you is, this has been going on for me for 3 months Recieved a phonecall from a man clameing to be from Race and Associates Lawfirm, saying cash advance had made a deposit into my account and they were sueing me for it, Only thing Is after talking to my bank and reviewing every deposit ever made into it, No one except jobs I worked at with direct deposit had made any Deposits.
I scared to death  Do not believe them and retain an attorney and sue the living crap out of them.

They called me about a hour ago and i let it go to voicemail because i didnt know who it was they left a message just saying my name and thats it. they did not say who they were. i have been getting a lot of scam calls lately and it is starting to irritate me, i cursed one out one day when he wouldnt tell me what company he is with and i wanted to speak with his supervisor, he just got loud with me and that was the last i heard from them

What I can tell you is, this has been going on for me for 3 months and they threaten all this stuff and none of it actually happens. I am not sure how to make it stop short of changing my phone number? I am not scared and you shouldn't be either. Please do NOT verify any of your information over the phone to them. The more they know the more they can get to you.

My suggestion is ignore the phone calls and do not return the call. They get me frustrated everytime and I can't get them to stop calling and listen to me. It is like the old saying....you can't fix stupid.

I'll know if their serious if I get a supeana, but either way I'll win the case as no deposits were made, so they have nothing to sue me for.

Then I'll counter sue their a***s off for harassment, punitive damages, Attempted Bank fraud, Attempted Deposit fraud, Claims fraud, and anything else I can think of....
