yes i received a call from this number. they absolutely wanted money and they told the cops were coming to get me.

It's a scam/robbery attempt via India-they use a purchased U.S. phone number (via the internet) and call from Southwest India where there is no law.  They are criminals who steal money from Americans and Canadians-there is no validity to any of their claims.  They speak 1st grade English and are all probably sexually inept or have other shortcomings that have caused them to choose this life.  There is absolutely nothing the U.S. government or law enforcement can do so either change your phone # or just start singing when you answer the phone-this will piss them off to no end!  Of course they will continue to call about 15-25 times a day...

It is a scam.  I have notified the Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General's Office of the state I live in, and the FBI.  I file a complaint witht the FBI.  They are not real. You are really be scammed.

I got a voicemail at work from this guy with an intense Indian accent about this. I had to listen to the message 3 times, and have my boss listen to it a couple times, before I could understand enough of what he was saying. It's a complete scam.

He didn't even ask for a person that works in my company. He was very threatening, saying he had my social security number...apparently I owed money and would be arrested. I just deleted the message. It's total BS.

i called the FBI and gave them this number..... I was told that this is a scam! They are NOT a law firm.... Do not engage in conversation just hang up.....what are you an idiot???????

Yeap, I have gotten several calls from that number and when I call it goes to a majic jack voice mail, they have several numbers. They are SCAMMERS! I am going to change my number, it is so annoying. They say they are an officer, that they will have a subpoena and that I need to call them in the next 32 hours. WHATEVER! RYAN BLACK with a very thick Indian accent!

I'm been getting calls for about two week know 1st time he said he was a FB agent and my boss asked for bagde # and name and you tell it was telmarketing because she could her other people on the phone so called him on it...then today he called me and said this is "Officer Bruce Martin" He is impersonating an officer which against the law...please get this guy

I have been getting this message at work and even tried to get inform from my boss when I work and the call me today at 2:38 stating the this is "Officer Bruce Martin. stating that i owe $$ and does not say how much or nothing but won't stop calling I going to call him and get infor on him...My boss asked for in ID # his name and he hung up....

I have a great idea for everyone that receives a call from 1-713-900-5288 trying to scam you about some bogus charges.....take that number to your place of employment, laundry mat, grocery store all those places that allow you to post ads on their bulletin boards or even your facebook account  and put the following notice:  GET A FREE $100 GAS CARD JUST FOR TAKING A BRIEF FIVE MINUTE SURVEY, CALL 1-713-900-5288.....let's see how busy we can keep their number or fill up their voicemail.   You may want to block your number unless of course they already have it then it doesn't really matter....wouldn't it be great if we got enough support that they received a call every few minutes with people look for their free gas....lol

these clowns called me at work as well.I notified them that my phone is a recorded line and that our conversation was being taped.What's sad is that he asked me what number did i receive this calll atr and I gave him a disconnected number and he agreed it was correct.Sad.Be aware these leeches have or information and know everything about  us.

Dont Believe these people they are scammers. I to received a call from some guy and he left me a voicemail. So i called the 713-900-5288 and it went to a magic jack voicemail. So i am a U.S. Citizen!!!! And there is not way a US Governement or Law firm will use a magic jack phone line to do busniess! So do not try it Thomas Boyd! Just record all conversations with these losers and report them to your local police dept. Please dont give them your information. I called back and finally got in touch with one of the losers and i told him the history of his live.

This number calls me a minimum of 10 times per day.  I knew it was a scam from the very beginning but I just don't know how to make them stop.  I've blown an air horn into the phone, I've threatened legal action, I've told them they have the wrong number but it doesn't deter this foreign s.o.b.  He just says if you hang up I'll call you right back.

They are really from American Law Division I received a court safina at my door step & also at place of employement. I also thought they are scammers but no i was wrong they really are from American Law Division & their firm is associated with FBI. So plz dnt take their Call or Msg as a joke & revert them back & agree whatever they say. Otherwise you also need to suffer like me. So please Co-Operate with them.

I did not recieve this loan and of coarse am not going to give them any money. It is very frightening he has my infomation and is also phone harrassing my friends, job and my elderly parents. Telling them THEY ARE GOING to be sued for the money if I do not pay it.The man has a very thick middle eastern accent. What kind of souless monster does this to people?

Has a similar call from this number and was able to contact Magic Jack corp and get the persons full name and address of the owner of this number.

Be careful because there are calls coming from 1-713-900-5288 claiming to be American Law Firm which in fact is a guy named Ken BY.Evenhough it is a 713(Houston TX) area code the billing address from Magic Jack is in Richmond CA and the authorities have benn notified.
