Robert Davis out of Houston Tx contacted me regarding fraud and stated that he had a case number involving me and that I would need to contact his office ASAP. I contacted and got a voice recording stating he was from the Federal Bureau of Investigations and to leave my case number and name and contact number. I left my name and my number no such case number was ever given so I had no idea as to what he was looking for. The next day an agitated Mr. Davis contacted my home and left a very rude and obscene message accusing me of avoiding him and telling me I had better contact him or legal proceedings will start. Now I live in Maryland not Houston TX so how a case against me could surface is beyond me. I contacted back and the voice message was then changed to just his name and requested a case number and leave message. I decided to search this person and company and found they are a Cashnet fraud payday loan company. When I contacted Mr. Davis at 8:00 am EST a lady stated that he was in court. Really at 7:00 AM???  I then let her know that I know what this call is about and that I have no loans on the internet and that I will be sending a report in regarding them she insist Mr. Davis was in court. I advised her that as to who I was and told her that he better stop calling my home. She stated that she intended to blow my ***(curseword) line up all day. Really but this is a legal company using this language hmmmmm. She then hung up and I called back and anther woman answered stating that she was not the same person and how can she help me I told her to put Mr. Davis on the phone. She insisted he was in court in the back ground I heard a gentleman's voice yelling tell her to grow up... I said to the lady on the phone to hand the phone to the gentleman that was in court since court in Houston starts at 7:00 am ! He got on the phone and wow it was the infamous Mr. Davis live from court in Houston TX! I advised him that I knew he was running a scam and that I intended to submit reports regarding him and his harassment his reply ??? Seek Jesus and go to Church .... Be very aware of these CASHNET CALLS CLAIMING TO BE FRAUD AGENTS AND INVESTIGATORS AND HOW THEY will file a LAWSUIT these are scare tactics and if you have never taken out any loans or have in the past and you did not pay them or could not pay them do not allow yourself to be bullied ! I have never taken out any loans via the internet and do not wish to ever be harassed Mr. ROBERT DAVIS PLEASE GET A REAL JOB ONE THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE YOU TO SIT IN YOUR BOXERS AND MAKE CALLS TO SCAM HARD WORKING PEOPLE OUT OF THERE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
