they just tried this one me as well . Came on this site first so I was expecting bs. I called the number and the number is not set up to receive calls now . Thanks for your warnings

These people are scam artists. They say the are debt collectors and are going to arrest you. I called my local police to report them and called the Federal Trade Commission.  
They will now be investigated.

These people called supposedly leaving a message for Al Davis.  When I tried to explain to them they are calling the wrong residence, the gentleman began to tell me immigrant, get your green card and learn how to speak English.

I just recieved a phone call and voicemail informing me that a client has a judgment against me and is attatching them selves to my place of employmenf and they need to serve me at my residence. Funny thing is they left the number and account number for thier "client" but not then clieng name. They also called me by my married name and I have been devorced for about 7 years so I looked their number up on google and then called. Some guy answered, I said my real name and said I just reported them to the federal Trade commision and he hung up on me.

Since I dont like harrassment, ive decided to take it upon my self to call them with my lawyers name and phone number. After he hunb up on me yet another time I called him back and read the NYS law and of course he hung up on me again. So I called back again and said my name was jennifer reed lol and informex him im going to my local police station with the voicemail and will be pressing charges for attempt of identity theft.  I got yelled at and hung up on. All the times I called it was the same guy but the voicemail was left by a woman and yes it did sound like a cell phone because I heard "welcome to McDonald's" in the background my 3rd time around.

Just got a call from them. Looking for my ex brother n law. Says he was a Marshall looking to serve him some how. I'm like yeah right .....I live n GA and he lives n another state.  Really needs new tactics seriously.

They called me to, gave me the same BS.  reported therm to the Federal Trade Comission (18773824357).  Please report them! The more complaints the better chance someone will do something.

Called me last night threated a law suit, I asked what law firm was he from he said Sherman and Douglas, I said what you are doing is illegal, he said no it's not and have your lawyer call me...He will tell you have your head up your a**.  He hung up I called him back, name Jason Reed.  he didn't like being called back very much said I, actually that I was being aggressive and harassing him.  hahahaha it is a cell phone in Houston, whatever you do,  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

These people call me about a payday loan and said I will be in court if I dnt pay them. But would not give me  any info except I better pay them or go to jail. When I said im going to report them to the Attorney General Office they hung up on me. This is a scam. Dont give out your info.
