Calling and calling and calling trying to collect on a debt that the sol ran out over three years ago.  Real jerks. Using wrong name etc.....says they are some kind of firm,  told him first of all I could not understand him.  My guess, scumbag of all trades

Recorded message saying "You have an important conference call beginning in one minute. Press 1 to connect." SO not buying that scam! There's no reason anyone would be conference-calling here. Blocked and reported.

713-936-2283, call morning, afternoon, evening, they left no message at anytime, the number is now blocked, but they still call.

I get these calls at least 3 times a day morning, daytime, and evening leaves no message. The number is a local number to Houston, TX with a 713 area code...

The girl could barely make out the english language.  She(I'm assuming it was a girl) asked me how my day was.  Then she said it was a beautiful day.  I explained that evidently you're not in the state of Tennessee, because it is raining.  She was calling on behalf of the Fraternal Order of Police.  I told her your calling on behalf?  She said yes.  I ask her why they couldn't call themselves.  She laughed and said that's why I'm calling.  I told her that if they were too busy to call me I wasn't interested. "clunck"  I hung up.

Calls throughout the day, but leaves no message.

Called me three saturdays and have left no msg.

Called 2 times w/out leaving a msg. On the 3rd call I answered it, they wanted me to first verify who I was, via an automated system.

I actually got a real person by perisisting with the phone calls, and it is was for First National Collection, for someone else not me!!! He appologized, and said he would remove me from his list.!!!  We shall see!!!

They just call and never say who owes a debt. But when I try to call them back, all I get is an answering maching, be with you in a minute and then I must get an answering machine. It is all very disturbing. The person they are looking for they never say the name.They say  Press 2 and that ends it, I think!! So now I am calling them back a lot!!! Just to see if anyone ever answers!!!

i missed the call and there was just silence on the voicemail... i've never had any other bank accounts or credit cards with any bank other than what i have and all is current so must not be for me.

Looking for other people and calling on my cell.  Never leave a message as to what they want.

Called reeved on cell number, several times.  I am  on the DNC list. Annoying to have unwanted calls.

Debt collector.  They are trying to collect on a very old debt.   I have blocked the number from calling my phone.

They are using an automatic dialer system. They are computer generated, No one is actually dialing the numbers. They are calling thousands of customers several times a day. If you answer it rings an operator who then gets on to collect unpaid debt. They will call from different states,hoping maybe you have a realtive or friend in that area code so you will answer. Remember...you own your phone...you pay the bill for your convienence...you never have to answer...its your phone. Answer only those you know. If it is a freind or realtive they will leave a message and you can call right back. It will not do any good to talk to them or write a letter....they will not take you out of the call rotation.

they call just to collect their payck ! they've been told they have the wrong # now they are just harrassing me ! why is this ldegal ????

FIRST NATIONAL COLLECTIONS IS WHAT THEY ANSWER WHEN I CALLED FROM ANOTHER PHONE. COULD BE FROM FIRST NATIONAL BANK OR FIRST CONVENIENCE BANK THATS THE ONLY THING I CAN REMEBER HAVING.

Two calls in an hour.  I tried to call back and there was a recording that my call did not go through as dialed.

keep calling 2 or 3 times a day. never leave a message ?! i'm unable to use a phone so i'm unable to return the call
