Great Info and Research!

I am going to use this to help with their abuse of my disabled brother whom did not do business with them and they upset everyday and we could not block thier endelss numbers from his phone he had for decades!  He is demented from medical damage and we have to keep his same phone number so he can remember it and he answers the phone do to he just likes to talk to anyone; but they are cruel and mean to him and so it upsets him and they have got him thinking he is a bad person for someone elses debt.  I think they are trying to get him to pay their bad loan for someone we never heard of and he may or may not of ever met since he gives his number out more than he should because he is lonlie since people do not usually want a person around whom is mentally deficiant and can be annoying but well meaning.  

I hate these people; I found him curled up in a ball weaping when I came home from work on how he was bad and a deadbeat and no one would ever want him as a friened because he does not pay his bills as well how he is why society is so messed up do to human waste like him.  I never knew for sure it was these people because they would act like they did not kow his number and yet they were the numbers on his phone and he gets no calls except from family and his support buddy from Mental Health & Mental Retardation whom tries to give him socialization outside of isolation and TV.  

I have lots of family in the Valley and I think I will let them know of the info found on so they can act upon how they choose in how their relative is abused by collection bullies whom have been told repeatedly of the situation and asked nicely to stop calling him and they refuse and just use a differant number to call after we block the ones they used in the past.  These are very nasty people and they need to be stopped and people need protection from them and their types!  Texas sucks when it comes to the sick, poor, disabled and innocent.  No wonder it leads the nation in number of false convictions decades after they were imprisoned and DNA proved they were innocent totally and yet the DA's refuse to admit such and how many are in prison whom can not prove they are innocent do to no DNA evidence or the DA's had evidence destroyed which happend after so many convictions were overtured and they could not win at the retrial do to thier was DNA to prove innocence without a doubt.  So it is not about guilt but it is about convictions!  The DA's in TX have been caught on tape saying they did not feel bad since the person likely did something else to deserve prison or they would have if they had not been jailed.  This is the whole mindset here in certain types in TX.  If you are non-white and you are poor you are future prison inmate for the private prison industry and also you will be denied basic life essentials for even kids. They always scream save the fetus but care nothing about the kids; which I do not think abortion is right but then it is hypocrisy to ignore suffering children and adults whom can not self care or work do to disability.

Keep up the Good Work!  Protect the people over these paper souless entities that radical right call people but are not in the Constitution or the Bible as people?  Also the Bible says to take care of the weak, sick, poor and yet they swing the Bible as a weapon ignoring its commands and live their divorced lifestyle while screaming about homo's and ignore that Jesus spoke on divorce and not them gays and also spoke on greed and coverting others property or spouses.

Tiempo Loans if the poster child for what is wrong with America and why we are failing!  Only them whom eat off the dead and dieing prosper in this type economy set up by the Radical Rights Voodo Economics or Reagan the fool whom did nothing good in office nor after he left office!   Infact as much as I disapprove of Clinton he and Carter have given back to society post Presidency while the Regans and Bush's only profiteered and hide from their crimes in office!  Bush Jr is still wanted by the Hague for War Crimes as well so is Kissinger and other's on the Right whom use War & Death for wealth creation.  They hate our Veteran's as well in fact!  They give lip service but in reality they deny them their rightful contractural obligations and most our Service Memeber live in poverty and receive Food Stamps and other Welfare but we can not afford to feed kids but have endless money for 1M$ Bombs built by the 100,000's and yet they bridges across rivers are not safe for our vehicles muchless for military convoys which are now often rerouted by 100's of extra miles do to bridge or roads which can not be deemed safe enough for munitions but are safe enough for school bus of kids.  This is insane and so is Tiempo Loans and its slave masters of their debt slaves as well abusers of the mentally disabled.....

Call for someone I know not and they refuse to stop calling!  Had number for decades and they still call no matter how you try and help or prove you are not whom they are looking for not did you cosign or give even a reference to their other victim since they are preditory Payday Loans and Title Loans whom charge upto 240% per year compounded daily so person never can pay debt and becomes a debt slave and eventually lose it all and endsup on welfare since these people take all they have, harrass persona and any possible job they get and also harrass any location they live including neighbors, landlords and even people whom never knew them.  They demand us to find their client and get them to call to make them possible stop calling!  How; do not know person and they are just trying to make us pay their bad choice in giving out a loan to someone whom can not pay it and of such rate no one could keep up intersest payments muchless the loan itself!  Total scum operation and very abusive and no laws protect abused do to they are 1st party collector they are not bound by FDCPA.  Have contacted local police, AG of TX, BBB and FTC; waiting for response!  Complain, Complain, Complain till they change the laws and protect the innocent as well vunerble.  They even abuse my elderly mom with demetia when I am not home!  So filing charges on elder abuse and abuse of the disabled too!
