Received a call on my phone telephone - answered it:  Message said, "Wait while I connect you."  The voice that came on said you can reach PCCI at ??????? and gave some 800 telephone number.

Texas State Troopers Association scam.  Don't answer.  

Called twice.  Sunday at 7:30 p.m. Left no message.

Called home number and did not leave message. I called it back thinking it was my sister's number and an automated system answered "Please hold while we connect your call. "
I hung up.
