yep these TARDS just keep it up.they call all the time and luv to call my work my friends and I had this guy on the hook for 900.00 the other day but he didnt fall for the game.I live in ROCHESTER NY and I work for a FAKE company NAMED MONROE & LYELL ARBITRATION.WE TRIED TO SCARE HIM with a fake paper with fake account information on it.just in case you read this post TINA I used your name so that EVERY 1 you call from now on will KNOW THAT YOU ARE A FRAUD!!!! Multiple calls for MY EX HUSBAND's AUNT whom I have not spoken to in 18 YEARS! Just returned their call and explained who she is to me and that I have no idea where she is! She proceeded to ask "well does anyone in your home know how to contact her?" SHE IS MY EX'S AUNT! WE DIVORCED 18 YEARS AGO! They claim they will take me off the call list! Question is, HOW THE HELL DID THEY GET MY NUMBER IN REFERENCE TO THIS WOMAN IN THE FIRST PLACE????????

When the phone rang it said no caller information, it was a call from United Process telling me i was being summoned and being sued in a civil case. They gave me the 713-965-4948. I don't know how they got my new number. They can't summon you over the phone. I felt myself get in a panic, i dont want to be sued.. :(

I have been receiving these phone calls for the last month about 10 times a day. I ignore them. They are now calling my mother, my sister and my father which I don't even have my father's new phone number so how they got it is beyond me. They are calling cell phones but have not called my work yet, than GOD! I have been told I am going to get served but they have not done it yet. I won't even speak to these people. I don't know how they got my number. Anyone have any information on how to stop this.

I just received the call to from Kimberly Schultz who says she is a Claims Processor and was told the same thing about papers. I called Federal Trade Commission and lodged a complaint. Was told do not call this number back and do not sign papers.
I am about to call my local police. This is in regards to a supposed loan.

I received calls from this number...from Kim Schultz who claims to be a process server...said I would be served court appearance papers tomorrow at home or work.  She called both my home and work as well as my parents, and I haven't lived with them for 30 years. She referenced a court case number and said that I need a valid state id at the time I am served.  

Has anyone actually been served as a result of this call?  I called the non-emergency police number to report potential fraud/scam...and am waiting a call back.

Have called several times I believe these people are buying prepaid phones in the US and are actually in another country, do not respond they try & get your account info.

I have received a call, as well as several of my family members from a Kevin Doyle that I will be served papers at my place of employment.  I see others have received calls from this number as well, what was the outcome?

They keep calling me saying that I owe them money for a loan and that I am going to be served court papers.They are very nasty and actually yell at you on the phone.

This Number keeps calling me, I am tired of it.

I recived a call from a private number today, She left a me message, stating that she just got a fax, and I am going to be served either @ my Job or home. And  if I dont not call them back @ 713-965-4948, then she will come and sever me a summons & Complaint.

I have been getting calls concerning a "Sheila McCabe" court papers multiple times a day for monts. I am starting to get pissed off. The most recent was "Kevin Doyle from Johnson County Careers."
