I also just received a call from a young woman claiming to work for her Boss, (uncle). They wanted to know the price of the home and if we were selling without an agent. I said that we were and she said, "good"
It was a bad connection so we hung up

Got a call from a Julia at this number saying she was searching for a house for her boss. She wanted my asking price and wondered if the house was listed somewhere. I told her it was on MLS and I had a brochure I could forward to her. She gave me julia@mycrera.com, but there is no such domain. I tried julia@mycera.com and it went through, but uncertain it went to the right person. I tried to call back the number and it said the voice mail box was full and gave no information

It is not a telemarketor. It is a real estate investor. They are legit people. They are probably looking to give you a cash offer on your home.

I got a phone call from this number as well...asking if I was working with a realtor and what their number was...gosh people are incredible...grr:)

Follow up: I called and hid my #, answer. I called from a business phone which is unpublished. The phone I called from is virtually unknown as it deals with government contracts. I inadvertantly shut off the anonymous call when I dialed, and within ten minutes I started to receive vacation offers!
