What fools. These people should find themselves something to do rather than make prank calls. If these calls are coming from MHMRA, they need to get themselves evaluated for mental problems, so stupid....

The caller is MHMRA MCOT, at least it is now. I am sure it was the same in 2010.

This number is from the MHMRA mobile crisis outreach for people with mental health problems. I get calls from them is how I know because I have mental health problems and I turned to MHMRA for help. I think the people that got the "Prank" calls were probably a patient or someone that got ahold of the phone. lol

Got a call from this number early this evening: the person on the other end said, "Barack Obama is a house negro'.
I said what?!
And he repeated what he said previous.

I'm assuming it's a prank. *shrug*
