This is some sort of  collection agency  CALLING themselves locksmiths on the web when you look the number up.

Someone calling my 14 year old son from this number saying I gave them his number as a contact number, and asking him for my current phone number. I haven't changed my phone number in 10 years... Company gave name ARM when I called them and chewed them out.
