All of the legit loan stuff, is from TAC employees. They are a criminal agency. Not one single debt is real. Tell them to go away and come on and sue you!!!

these people claim that they are tac warrant divison, and the state department, also called as a deputy sherriff.  they say that if i do not pay $350.00 by morning, they would have me arrested.they call all the time with alltypes of threats.One called  and said that her name is deputy loan,and if i do not pay by morning she was coming out to arrest me. Another guy called and said that his name is Jason Stevens and that he was the warrant division manager.Another called says that his name is Cody Vale and he is the one who sends out the warrants.Then another lady, said that her name is Truty Wilson, she calls all day making threats.These are a sick people.   If you know how we can go about suing these people, please call me at 713-409-6722

pay ur bill that's how you stop them from calling I owed money and I paid them I did take out the loan and I paid it back its only right and they did send me a paid in full letter I think it was very professional..

If this was a legitimate debt collector they would send you a written "validation notice" which would include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We reported these calls and filed a police report at our local Sheriff's Office and an investigator contacted the company. They didn't even want to cooperate with an investigator. They wouldn't provide any information like a business license # or address. TAC and Associates are not a legit company. They are scheming to defraud and they themselves should be issued a warrant IF you can locate where there are calling from. Which you can't because our investigators and currently working on that. I work for the Sheriff's office and TAC contacted the WRONG person this time!!

the same thing happen to me i refused to pay they called me the young lady Ashley contacted my 4/2/13 telling me about the loan i deny it to the back door week later they called my wife and other family members about this situation. i did my reseach on this name and number and come to found out its real i was given $500 i had to pay back $500 plus the late fees of $350 i was pissed off to the max but its paiid now and im glad its over

i was contacted by this company i thought was fraud the loan was so old it was for 1175 back in 2008 but i only borrowed 400 so i gave them hell about not paying i end up contacting the loan lender which was cash express told them what was going on they ask me did i want to pay thee 1175 with them or go through the collection agency with was t.a.c & associates they had my file now i called them back i was very embarrassed for my behavior they help me a lot i only paid 575 and my case is paid in full. i would like to say thank you to the young lady Ashley Stokes she was very sweet and nice towards me even after i cussed and fussed at her about this being a scam. Thank you!!!

At first i thought this was a scam i continue to deny they calls until an officer came to my job AND SERVED ME PAPERS FOR COURTS for the loan i owed. Listen people take care of your responsible i had to pay back what i owed for the loan plus courts fees i learn a great lesson
