Calls my phone everyday and don't say nothing when I answer the phone, just holds the phone. And when I don't answer they do not leave a message just call day.

The person called every day and call them back and u will talk to a real person and tell them that they keep calling and it will work I did it and so far no more calls from them. Hope it helps!!!!

713.997.8478 calls multiple times per day / won't leave messages .. finally answered and it's supposedly a call pertaining to personal financial matter .. press 1 if you are the person .. no option to "opt out" of calling .. driving me nuts

They have been calling me at least 3 times a day. They won't leave a message and they only let it ring 2 or 3 rings and hang up, just enough to harass.

I keep getting a call asking about a business matter for someone that I don't know. They call a couple of times everyday. I don't know what the name of the company is, but there number is 713-997-8478.
