Reported to the Do Not Call registry.
Their scam is they leave no message. When you call back it's a recording from "Jennifer of Reward Redemption" that says the reason they called is you visited a partner website and now they want to give you a gift card. You can press 1 to get the card or 2 to be placed on their do not call list. No way to interact with a person. And they are obviously trying to get around do not call by making the other party call back to hear the recording.
