According to California Health and Safety Code section 1349 Discount Health Plans need to be licensed to do business in California. If you are in California Complain to the Department of Managed Health Care at 1-888-466-2219. If you are in another state complain to the BBB, your state department of insurance and your state attorney general's office.  If they sent you a blast fax you can complain to the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Trade Commission.  If they are taking money out of your checking account and not providing a service you can also file a formal written fraud complaint with your bank.

These people sold us health insurance and now they have disapeared. If you are a victom of these a-holes you need to report them to the calf. insurance comm. don't let them get away with it.

these people called soliciting a pre-paid visa, i authorized a bank deduction of 39.00 dollars and got hit for 150.00, i was able to gain contact one other time and was assured the problem was a mistake and would be corrected, but wasn't.  When i was contacted i was solicited under the name of New Star Funding, don't be fooled bye Martel or his supervisor/accomplice.
