This number 7142438315 an 2064206650 (china) keep calling and harrassment my family base off a loan & that was pay off at the same time...It's very annoying to be threaten by strangers especially when it comes down to be sue by thier attorney....when ask about thier attorney tney transfer you to someone or hang up an not say the name of their company

I get this call from them about 3 to 4 times a day at work and On my cell I guess I need to change My number..Here is what they say.(These people keep calling my phone saying it very important that i or my attorney call them an if they don't hear from me i may wish you good luck as the substations unfold on you an may god bless you. an they have a very angry voice, its the egzact long message to the line.every time they call and changes their names every month. and i don't appericate them calling my job say and im going to jail. their names various, from james, fred johnson, john, an what ever else.)

This so called company Anderson Law Firm just took me for $555.57 I can't beleive I gave in to this. I know better, I was having a very bad day and felt for it! Never again we need to stop these people.

I was contacted by these people yesterday, yelled at, told the same stuff, and they left another message.  they're so horrible.

Got the same call with the same threats unfortunately I wasn't in at good place at the time and fell for it now I'm fighting back to get my money they took. I will fight this to the end. Total Scam please don't full for it!!!

Just had this number call me last night.  They said they were the federal government to collect a debit from a Check Advance.  I had no idea what they were talking about cause I knew I had no bill from them, but they make you feel like you are an idiot for not paying it.  They needed $800 and I had to get it wired last night.  They are very rude and make you feel like a low life.  Thank god before I did anything I did a reverse number look up and found this information.  So I never wired them the money and called them back and told them I contacted my local police department.  Needless to say they said something really quick and hung up.  People please beware!!!

Cypress Collections keep harrassing me about three counts of fraud against me saying they are sending some kind of cyber agents to my home...blah, blah  going to get me arrested...have affidavit.  I called my local police department and reported this, also the BBB, Attorney General, and the FBI.  I have contacted each one of these agencies and reported their fradulent activity.  I was told to tell them they have been given false information and not to give them information.  My local police department said they want you to think they have more information than they really do to scare you.  Police also say that they are bouncing their phone off of many telecommunication towers and they are probably actually calling from overseas.  Disregard their calls because they are the ones that are fradulent idiots!  Give them nothing and laugh in their face and hang up and before laughing at them give them instructions to never call this number again (do not verify whether the phone number they call is your home or cell) and that they do not have your permission to notify any other parties.

I just recieved a call from a lawyer named David Jones and said I had a Cash advance loan out. But I will have bank statemants that prove I have never done anything like that. He said the police was coming to my job and I better have bail money. Like really? Who are these people. This is ridiculous. What do I do? And when I asked them for verification and who was taking legal action against me, he swore at me and hung up the phone. They had my last 4 digits of my social. What is going on?

These people are completely psychotic. I have no idea how they have my complete social security #, very scary. They kept telling me that they have a lawsuit against me for a payday advance and they are going to report it to the credit bureau. I asked them what company they were representing because I was freaked out that maybe someone had got ahold of my social security # because they had it. The guy kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me talk and said "are you gonna shut up so I can talk now, cuz you're going to jail. Are you gonna shut up?" and I hung up. No real place would talk like that. I'm gonna call my credit bureaus tomorrow and put a fraud alert in my notes.

Just got a call from them saying I commited credit fraud and they were sending police to my work to arrest me.

got the same call, he said the same stuff to me, had all my info, which is scary to know my social is that easily assessed. when i asked him when this all happened and that i did not have a bank account in yrs he hung up on me. when i tried to call back it went to a voice mail that said mailbox full. scam all the way.

received a phone call today from an attorney "Alex White," who claimed there is a lawsuit against me for several counts of fraud related to Cash Advance payday loans.  They stated that I received money and have not paid it back.  All lies.  They also said they would contact my employer and I could get fired.  He ended up hanging up on me, stating that they would contact my employer.  I am going to file a consumer complaint with our AG's department here in Idaho.

These people should look for a better job! They called my phone and knew my name and social and said I owed 3 pay day advance place which I don't have a clue about. They speak very fast, Indian accent and could not catch whatever they were trying to explain. They said I could be arrested!

I have been receiving this call.  Today I answered and ask them to give me the name of the person who was suing me and to send me the information in writing. The scary thing is they had the last 4 digits of my social security number.  They hung up on me when I asked for clarification.

These people call me telling me they are going to take me to court and get me arrest for some type of wired payday loan I never received......I don't know what they are talking about!

i just got a call from this # on my work phone and this guy Kevin Harris telling me that he has a law suit filed against me and they will send the police to my job etc.  I have no idea who these people are.  Then he's telling me I have 15 minutes to pay him $1257.89 ?!?  I am going straight to police station now to report these people.

They Called my cell phone with all of my personal information and said they need me to go to court or pay them $750.  The are trying to sue me, they read me an affidavit saying I can settle now or in court for some check fraud at a cash advance place.  I have never been there before nor have I ever done any cash advance ever!

Morons called my work again today. Told them previously that I have called the county and there is no record. Also told them that I have certified copies of my bank statements, so come arrest me, I will have my lawyer at the courthouse with a restraining order. All this and yet they still call. Will they ever get the hint? I just looked at my email and see I have 2 spam from Federal Bureau of Investigation, won't open for fear of virus!!!

They keep calling my work asking for me and telling my co-workers that they need me to call them right away or severe punishment is going to happen.

Just got a call from these peolpe. They were swearing and threatening me. Said they were coming to have me arrested tomorrow at my job. Told him I had no idea what loan he was referring to. He called me an f****n b***h mother******. I hung up.

These people have been calling me and harassing me on my cellphone and at work for over 2 months now. I called the attorney generals office, and gave them all the information, and when they called to let them know that they have been reported, they hung up on them. It is very clearly a scam.  So I called back from a blocked number to see how they liked being harassed, and I was told that they were going to find my mother and shoot her. Pieces of s***. They are using VOIP system, so the number they are using is fake, so its very hard to trace, but I recommend that everybody who gets these calls google IC3 and file a report through them.

This is harrasing me

Called at our place of business asking for a girl who hasn't been here in over 6 months.  I shouted that she does not work here anymore and asked if he was abill collector.  He had a thick accent and got smart with me.  I hung up, ans then he called back and yelled at met for hanging up.  Scammers!  Called back, no one answered and the voice mail box is FULL. Imagine that....

This company has been doing this for a long time. Thick accent and always different varieties of the names you used. David Jones, McClain, etc. Always my cellphone. Today they called me 4 times and I flustered them so much they hung up on me. :) I ask them the same questions they ask me. If they ask if I am Susan, I'll ask their name, then their address, social security etc. then someone else gets on saying a lawsuit etc. So today I told them I was going to call the county I am in about a subpoena I am supposed to get because any professional who does serve them are not going to call you to tell you they are coming. They got flustered with that. I really just keep going and going and finally they just hang up. They will used different numbers too when they realize too many people are on to them. Tell them you are recording their conversations because of so many scams out there. That works a lot as well. They must get or buy  cellphone numbers and pass them to different scammers. It is annoying so I will be the smart one and get a different cellphone number.
