Would like information about this number. Keeps on calling me.

Number belongs to Diaz & Associates who are debt collectors

Got your number Mark Normington, you are in fact contacting people in an illegal fashion. If you contact me again without proper authorization and state your true business matter at hand, you will be sued for false representation, misrepresentation, harassment, etc and my lawyer  will see YOU, Mark Normington, in a civil lawsuit court case. Word to the wise, offer NO information on anything they ask for.

Called me on my cellphone asking about my neighbor, saying she couldn't be reached, and that there was a complaint filed against her.  Said he was from "Diaz and Associates" but said it so fast I had to ask him to repeat the name three times. I'm a little wierded out how he managed to get my number and info...

This Mark called guy called the company I work for.  It came to my desk as I am one of three in Human Resources.  He left a message, of his name and me to call him.  If someone does not tell what company there are with I google it and found this.  Hmm, so they want all the info they can get.  I called him alright.  He said something similar to: "Our office was contacted and we have a summons for a _"_(so and so employee)_"__  to appear in court.  Should we go through Human Resources or his supervisor?  He was calling about an employee who no longer works at our company.  I told him that.  But glad I found this site as well.  He asked "how long was that?"  I told him I have to have a signed statement from this employee faxed to my office before I can answer that.   He replied "I will note on the record but if we need more information I will be calling back" and I said to him, that's all I have for you, don't worry about calling back.  

I wasnt going to volunteer any more information after reading this and am not obligated to either.

Glad to see the people that are making these call, post there own fake complaints...  This post is faked... it takes months to get money garnished.

A Mark Normington called my folks.  Since they have my same last name, I am assuming the way he obtained their phone number was thur the local phone book here in which my folks number is listed, mine is not.  He said he was from Diaz & Associates and asked my if I was a relative of theirs.  She said yes (unaware of who this person was) and what this call was regarding.  He said it was regarding "court" and referenced a file number to them.  He said he was unable to contact me.  I have no idea who he or his company is, but have a strong gut feeling these jerks are bill collectors and are handling their affairs very illegal fashion!!

i did not believe them when they called my job and threatened to have me served but sure enough!!  real jerks.. did'nt even give me the time to respond to the messages and i almost lost my job.  i wished i would have worked something out with them but too late. they served me with a summons & complaint to appear in court and my wages got garnished.  some times things arent always what they appear.

A "Mark Normington" from "Diaz and Associates" called for a friend who used to stay at this house, yet would not state his business.  Looking around this site at other similar numbers, he may be part of a debt collection agency, yet will misrepresent himself and claim a "civil complaint".

What did the caller say?  I received a call from this number also.  Saying there was a "complaint" made.  I have never been to Southern California in my life.
