it was a call to my cell phone.

I just got the same message from this spammer.  I am on the donotcall list.
I don't have a text plan so it costs me a nickel or whatever. Third spam-text message this week and yes it's frustrating.  I'll complain to donotcall.gov too.

I got one from them today to:

"Do you have 10k or more in credit card debt? New nationwide program CUTS your payments and total debt by over HALF. No upfront fees. May we contact you?"

its kinda frustrating because i am on the donotcall.gov list so it makes me wonder if texting doesnt count on that. What if we didn't have a texting plan and it cost us to receive that message... grr

Anyways i reported them on the donotcall.gov site anyways not sure if it counts at all being a text.
