they are a bunch of crap they tried threatening me,saying i would be arrested if i didn't give them my bank info. I told them Ill pay it when the cops come for me!haha That Ron guy got all mad. He is a dumb a**. Tried saying that my $19.96 some how accumulated to over $600.00. They called me from 210-591-1997, if they call you don't give any info!

i checked with the bbb better business bureau they are not even a accredited company they rated an F on their list and not considered a repetable business the bbb will show reasons why they were rated an F on a scale from a to f  they have failed to respond or make themselves accountable to the bbb on complaints that were made against them.

they said i had a payday loan from the bahamas and that i was going to be served legal papaers where i work which happens to be a sherriffs office.they said they would file felony charges against me unless i gave them 100 dollars today and then 300 dollars in september.when i told the man i didnt have the money he became very threatening and then advised me ok we'll just handle this another way.

i am a victim of this scam and they calls my house well as my job threating me. i gave them 100 dollars and now they telling me to send them 400. i am so stress ut about this matter. i wrote a letter to tom corbett attorney general and they respond back to me telling mt dont send no more mney.and also my director was going to suspend me cause of the phones. what else do i do

They called my cell phone and left a message theat their are three civil charges and a fraud charge.  "We need to get a statement from you before we forward this to our (my local) district attorney.  They wiil set a court date in our(my local) district court."   They make it sound as if they're a local enforcement agency and part of our state court systm.  

I guess they missed the day in law school where they talked about written notices instead of cell phone messages.  They even id the company that they represent.  I found their name by googling the  number that they want me to call them back at.  I'm not calling an unidentified 'investigator' regarding some unidentified civil charges becuase of a cell phone message!

I can't block their calls because they've already blocked the number from me.

i received a call from these ppl today at work and they were asking for a fax number to verify employment. i didn't give them anything and told them it was illegal to harass someone at their place of work. the next time they call back i will be reporting them to the federal trade commission.

I got a call today with that number too...and scared me and they are being rude yell at me which I'm not aware of anything wrong I did...Yes I guess we should file a complain of this people harassing us and pretending they are Law Enforcement from Columbus Ohio and they are demanding to call them back for a time limit. That's against the law to call people and harass the consumer, a lot of crazy people now a days

I have been getting threating phone call about a civil case against me fr check fraud for a $200 check that was not paid but now they say I owe $4000 dollars. I have retained an attorney because I am currently in bankrupcy and do not have any money to pay $4000 for a $200 loan that I obtained, I am not trying to get out of paying the debt I would like to take care of this without all the threats of embarrassment.

. I called them back when I got off from work, and got a man who started screaming at me right away. i couldn't even figure out what the money was for, he wouldn't let me get a word in to even ask. He said something about a payday loan and that I needed to get my debit card out and pay him 432.60 otherwise first thing in the morning he would send the court my information and start a civil lawsuit, where I would need to get an attorney and I would owe $3000. He screamed and cussed the whole time, called me a liar and whatnot, even though all I was trying to do was get more details on this "loan" (which I never took out). He did have my social security number, my sisters phone number, my stepdad's name and my old place of employment...but he had a bank account number that was closed years ago. Oh, and this guy was speaking ebonics and was saying this was all my fault because I was calling him when he supposed to go home! I was worred until I looked on here...BE CAREFUL AND DON'T GIVE THESE GUYS MONEY! I'm talking to an attorney this week regarding this harasement.

Hi we received a message from Eugene Phillips from this company. He was asking for my husband and wanted to talk to him about his Ex-wife. My husband does not like talking to the collectors of any sort so he asked me to handle the call. when I called him back to let him know that my husband does not deal with the ex-wife started saying well if he does we will press charges against him for not cooperating with the investigation, but what the boy didn't know was that I use to be a bill collector so i shut him down. he got mad and hung up on me, so I called his supervisor. I don't beleive that we will be getting any more calls from that rude littlle boy!!!! If they call take all steps that you need because they are not suppose to harrass you. you can bring up a law suit against any collections company for harrassment. They have guidelines they have to go by.

Clifton Davis just called me about cashnet usa, saying it was a felony getting money from the bahamas and I needed to settle out of court. So I asked for a payment arrangement, he said he couldn't make one on a civil case, then turned around a made one for 200 a month for the next 6 months. He called from 800-403-7550 ext.116. I will be calling the Federal Tade Commission in the morning.

These people have many phone numbers that they use one of them is 518-615-0701.  Thats the one they called me from tonight.  I blocked that like I did the others.  I had a pay day loan and paid it off.  They are scammers.  Most likely they are hackers of some sort and got the info from computer.  They use this number to play a recording which once I heard who they were I hung up promptly.  Don't talk to them or give them information period.  There are rules that they have to follow and being told that they are going to come an arrest me for something that was paid is illegal.  Stick to your guns hang up on these people or companies like them.  There really are debt collection companies out there that don't go above and beyond the law to get your money.

have you heard anything? i am going through the exact same thing now. strangely i received a final  letter with the letterhead from toronto and the stamp on the envelope from rochester ny and a phone call from some sacramento area code verizon cell phone claiming to be pa enforcement but that's not how they answer the phone and two days ago they changed their name to revenue enforcement agency on every number they have with a voicemail. what's up with these people

I just recieved a call from Mr. Clifton Davis...needless to say this man gives REAL investigators a bad name! He had me at first, because he had all of my information...thank God I did my research and found out from the BBB about this no-good rat!! It's amazing how this man tries to intimidate people into thinking that they're criminals...that they will either be forced to pay or go to jail. WOW!! the nerve of some people...they're too damn lazy to work, so they do what they can to scam people out of their hard earned money. People beware...he's so quick to say that you borrowed money from a payday loan company  in the US but the money actually  comes from a bank in the BAHAMAS...what kind of mess is that?? At any rate...don't talk to this broke down buster...he is truly up to no good!!!

Yeah, pa enforcement. My guess is that it's a "ghost debt." Several years ago I had the misfortune to take out a pay-day loan and even though I paid in full they began hounding me again. I had to close my bank account because they retained my banking information and tried to draw a draft. I just happened to be checking my balance that day or they would have stolen my money. All that crap about law inforcement is just that--crap.

Well they can not freeze your bank accounts, tell you your going to  jail. 1st off , 2nd they need to send you at least 2 letters one regular mail and one via certified mail telling you that you owe the debt. if you do not respond then they can take you to court and have checkes garnished providing the judge signs papers to ok it.THIS IS IF THEY WIN A CIVIL JUDGEMENT UNDER DEFAULT.
even at that if they don't have the proper steps of providing that a certified letter was mailed to your home and lack of paper work proving the debt they wont win. dont give them any info and tell the attorney general these people are scum

This is a scam company.  Check out the website PAenforcement.com and you can tell they use wrong versions of the word lien and to.  They say I owe for a pay day loan even though I have never had a payday loan or anything similiar.  I checked my credit report there is no such loan reported. They do have information about me.  They will not send you anything in writing after the required five days because they are a fraud.  Please report to Federal Trade Commission.
