Also remember debt collectors cannot use threats or intimadation tacts to collect like going to court and wage garnishment.  Eddie what was the outcome.  Did they take your money?  We need to show these a***oles that we were not born yesterday or the day before.

As far as I know your wages cannot be garnished unless you have the opportunity to go to court and tell the judge your side of the story.  Otherwise it is considered one sided.  Check into the validity of the papers you receive.  I called another number associated with this number which is 888 553 8015 and the voice mail that was from Jason Cruz said he was calling from PI incorporated.  When I called back the guy who answered said corporate office and when I was put through I spoke with some name Angel who claimed he was the legal administrator for pra.  I believe that this company got a hold of peoples information that were previously denied for credit cards and is trying to defraud us.  Funny they want a payment over the phone and will not accept a money order.  They are telling me I owe 1432.00 in just 4 years. No one will approve me for a credit card so how can I owe the money.  I am reporting them to the fdc and hope the rest of you will follow suit.

Does anyone know what company this is and what it would be concerning? The guy left a message stating he had legal documentation? This number is from California, I am located in PA. What kind of judgment did they have against those of you who state this?

Well i know no one is going to say anything positive whn you are having to deal with a judgement, but bottom line now that my garnishment is done i guess im glad its over cause at least they got their money and its freakin over...!!!!!

someone called my house and left a message, said if I didn't call them back, they would assume employment and property were confirmed. They had my husband thinking I was going to be arrested. But he didn't tell me what it was concerning.

Did you have to go before a judge before they started garnishing your wages or did they just send you a letter and then started garnishing you pay

This company is nothing more than a bunch of a***oles in the collection buisness.  These people are the low-life vultures of the world.

Anyone who would collect debts from another person is nothing more than a worthless piece of s***.

So when they call you and try to take the food out of your mouth tell them to go f*** themselves, and to stick their lawsuit way up their a** where the sun doesn't shine.

Don't send them anything whatever you do.  Let the lawyer get involved and make a settlementy with him if you get served, and make payments.  Even if you go in front of the judge, he'd not going to make you pay the full amount.  Tell the judge I can make payments of $20.00 a month, that's all I can afford.  And, if you don't have any assets or a home, don't even answer the summons, and someday when you get some money you can call the law firm, and make a deal with them for half the amount paid immediately if they will report to the credit bureaus that the jdugment was vacated, and there is no debt.  Then it is completely removed from your credit report.

That's how you handle these vultures.  Trust me it works!!!  Don't let them f*** with you and updet you, they do not care about you.  You come first and they have plenty of money to eat.  Don't let these c***suckers threaten you or demand payments, tell them to kiss your skinny a**.  Just a bunch of scumbags that are not even an excuse for a human being.

I was served and now I have a wage garnishment I tried to make an arrangement prior but they needed it to be paid off. If they would have just gave me some time I could have just made payments.
