I got one as well from 7143912256 in May of this year. I was charged by ATT for this incoming text msg, so this act not only violated the FCC but also create some expenses that I did not ask for.

They called my cell today and did not leave a message.

If you get these types of text messages or calls, do not call back; remember, txt and long distance rates apply and will be billed the "consumer" (receiver of unwanted calls and txt messages). Do not engage with telemarketers.

Holder of 714.391.2256 is in CLEAR VIOLATION of FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (FCC) REGULATIONS!  (They sent a txt msg to an unlisted number that was registered on the FCC's Do Not Call Registry a year ago and 5 months ago; this angry recipient of unwanted, unsolicited telemarketing outreach has already reported 714.391.2256 to the FCC consumer complaint department.)
