called but they did not leave a message. we called them back but they did not answer. weird people, they should be punished to the fullest extent of the law! so annoying!

I field these calls about 3 a day. I pretend to sound interested and say I am thinking of having some work done then give them the address... To the police station.

Called at 1:06pm. Caller id:unknown name. No message left.

Got a call from Margaret who stated she was from US Home Developers.  I told her we were on the do not call list and were going to report this number.  Her response was "do what ever you have to I don't care."

Please! stop calling

We have received calls from this number several times a day for a number of weeks. I think the "Do Not Call List" is absolutely no good since we have been listed on it for some time and periodically we call and add our number again.

Someone who finally identified herself as "Margaret" right before she hung up --tried to tell me they were a business in Manhattan Beach, and when I called her on the 714 area code, she hung up

Heavy breather

This jerk calls constantly.  Total harassment.

It's 1:35 PST and I just got a call from this number. I said hello very quietly as I knew it was a scammer. After a few seconds, she said something about "your mama".

I received the same type of call, this person said he was from J & J Builders and called me by my name and my husbands name.  He wanted to know if we were interested in doing work to the house in the next few months and said he could stop by.  I think he was trying to get our address.  I then asked him where did he get our number since we are on the "Do Not Call" list and asked him for his business number so I could have my husband call him and he hung up on me.  We have been getting hang ups periodically for several weeks.  Not sure what this person is up to.    

I called our phone company to block his number ($4.00 per month)  Not sure this is a scam or not.
I also called the police to make them aware of his phone number and this blog.

Rang once and hung up

Has been calling AT LEAST once a day for a month or so. Hangs up when we answer. Doesn't leave a message.

Same deal with us.  Has been calling at least once everyday for a month...ever since I said we're on the do not call list.

I answer and don't say anything. People who have caller id not available is not worth my courtesy.

I've received this call several times a day for several weeks - when I do pick up - they never answer.  If they have actually complained to people they have called my guess is they wantr people called to sign up for "TelephoneDectective" for either $15 or $35 to track down to whom the phone number is listed. Make sense?

REverse look up says he address is 4322 San Simeon Cir., Yorba Linda, CA 92886

Three calls in two days. I also blocked them from my phone.

Calls everyday and lets the phone ring twice and then hangs up

This is the second time they have called, no answer, I just hear background noise.  I blocked them from my phone.

Annoying, sad pathetic life if they have nothing better to do than phone people, breathe and hang up

Who is the owner?

Just got a call from this line.  Took about 5 seconds but the person did finally speak.  Asked for my husband (by name).  I said "can I ask who is calling please" -- the person said of course you can and asked for my husband again.  I said again "can i ask who is calling please" - the person said 'you already did'.  So I said "then who is this" and they hung up.

He said he's in construction.  I tried to interrupt him and he kept talking.  I asked if it was a recording and he said he was trying to talk but I was rude.  I told him to take on number off his list because we were on the "Do Not Call List" and he said "NO" I'll continue to call you and check in on you.  Harassment.

Calls and breaths heavy but won't say anything, when you call back you get a message saying the I like to make these calls because I am a a-hole.

Me too! Caller breathes into phone then hangs up. Super scary.

Caller claims to be selling construction services.  They say that the company name is US Development.

I tell them to stop calling and they continue to call.  The caller is extremely rude and insulting.

Me too this is so annnoying!!

You answer a call from 714-391-2899 and you can hear the caller breathing but they don't say anything.  After about 10 seconds, they hang up.
