Calls from Aaron saying that I defaulted on a loan and that the police are coming to lock me up. He says that I should have my attorney with me when we go to court. Since I work for a collection agency, I asked for them to send me paper work verifying what they are saying, and he continues to talk over me refusing to send paper work. Keeps telling me over and over again, that the police are coming to arrest me.

left voicemail asking for someone I have never heard. Threatening legal action against this person and that they better get a lawyer and if they don't get a call back they feel sorry for what may happen to the person they are looking for.

I got a call from a guy from this phone number, saying that if I don't send them money that I supposedly owed to the Fast Cash company, that he would file bank fraud and check fraud charges against me. I asked him to send me information saying that I owed this money, but he refused, and therefore, I told him to file the charges against me. So far, and its been 3 weeks, no one has come to arrast me.

This, guy, "Patrick Johnson", has called me a number of times. Says he needs call back by me or my attorney and warns me of terrible consequences if I don't . He initially said I defaulted on a Payday Loan,(lie). He has called me at home and work..and says he has my email address. He had not called for a few days, so I thought he had given up on me. I was going to call police, but thought they would just ignore this. I only answered one time and he leaves voice mail messages. It says international call, but come up with a local 414-206-0656 number. Gives me number to call back: 714-400-0561.
Did the AG office say anything??

Did he have a strong accent? I could barely understand him. He kept talking so fast....I really only heard something about a lawyer, default and court..

Caller left message stating that I needed to have my attorney call him, and if I didn't that I would be arrested. Stated that I defaulted on a payday loan (which I never had one) and that if I didn't pay, I would be charged with a felony and would be arrested. This is a total scam. The guys name is Aaron Jackson. The number appears as 314-817-0429,but he leaves the number to call back as 714-400-0561. When I received a call like this severla months ago, I requested documentation verify that what he said was true, he refused to provide documentation and kept threatening me with arrest. The scary thing is, is that he has my banking information, ss# address, etc....
