credit exchange corporation for small to medium buisness there trying to sell credit to these type of companies i work for a branch off radioshack i get these anoying calls everyday. hope this helps

I get these calls, too. They never leave a message, and there is no answer when I've tried to call back. I don't bother to answer it any more.

When I called it says "TYFC Credit Exchange Corporation. Our office is currently closed. Our office hours are 10am to 7pm Pacific Standard Time.

When I called it was 5:38 MST so it should have been within office hours. My phone usually rings twice and they hang up, not even enough time to answer it.

They call 3-4 times a day to my cellphone and burn up my airtime

This number calls me a couple times a day. When I go to answer it they hang up.

I have called them back each time and even tried at different hours to try to tell them to stop calling me. I am never able to get in touch with any one.

I got several of thest calls as well.  It is through Time Warner Cable phone service.  They are located in California.  

My advice, track the calls as I have done and file them with your state's
attorny general's office.

The calls will stop.  And you might make some money.  I have not had one call since I turned them in for calling a number on the do not call list for the last several months.  

Do what I suggest as soon as possible.   I promise they will stop calling.

I am on the do-not-call list. I have no idea how or why I got on their telemarketing list, but they keep on calling and calling.  I never answer and I never will. Because of this manner in which they trick people into answering their phone call to see if they will use their services, I wouldn't recommend ever contacting CREDIT EXCHANGE CORPORATION for any reason!

A little factoid about the Do Not Call list from a former telemarketer: they CAN and WILL call you if you enter your number in request to a service. That company CAN and WILL sell your number to someone else. And the cycle repeats.

This number is the call out number for the Credit Exchange. I am on the Do Not Call List and I did not request these people's services, but I did request another company's services right before the calls. After a little research, I found their call in line: (800) 780-7594. I requested to be taken off their calling list. I've dealt with these kinds of companies before, and that is how to stop the calling immediately.

These people keep calling and calling me as well.  I did call them first, but then told them I wasn't interested after hearing their spiel.  A Melissa Sanchez (msanchez@thecreditexchange.com) emailed me to follow-up and I kindly told her to take me off the list.  I wasn't interested.  I kept getting calls over and over... I kept emailing her back asking to stop calling.  Finally, this morning I received yet another call.  I emailed her telling her that I was going to file a formal complaint.  She responded with:

"That is why you are supposed to pick up the phone and tell them to take you off the list, what is your phone number so that I can do it right now.  In the future if you don?t want people to call you, here?s an idea???.. Don?t put your phone number on the World Wide Web.  Just a thought"

Nice.  Real nice.  

I didn't put my number on the web.  She obviously had my number AND email address from the person I had originally spoke with and told I WASN'T INTERESTED.

Her signature line reads: ""My best compliment is a referral! Let me know if any of your friends, family, or co-workers could use my services!"

1)  She is not getting one compliment from me.
2)  A referral with that kind of attitude?  I don't think so.

Keep getting calls from 714-415-6720. Have put my phone on the no calls also for all the good it does. Also, does anyone know anything about a company called Asset Recovery Management Lic at 630-282-5750? Some idiot keeps calling from there and telling me it's urgent. Now he somehow got a directory of people from where I work and even called one of them, asking them to have me call. I haven't because I don't know who or what this place is. I did report the name and number to the Better Business Bureau and to the Attorney General Consumer COmplaints of Ilinois which is where this area code is from. Any thoughts?

Me too, same as everyone else, they keep calling my CELL and let it ring once and hang up.  Could someone please post a solution that WORKS to keep these a***oles from calling at all hours of the day?

Get several calls a day, most times everyday of the week. The only way they could have gotten my number at all is from some form I filled out online from someone else. Never got an answer the first time so now when they call I hang up on them. Thankful for this web site, I have looked up allot of numbers that other wise I never would have known who called. How do they call so many people and what do they get out of it? Who spends so much time calling people and hanging up? Something wrong in the attic there. I surpose who ever it is checks out this web site to and gets off reading about bugging so many of us. To each its own. Wouldn't be without caller ID; a small blessing now a days. Just want to choke people like this!!!

Same here, got call from this number everyday, when i answer no one is on the other end. I found thire 800 number 866-694-7434, call them and confirm they own the 7144156720, and i ask them do not call me again, I'll see how it goes.

They call my cell phone several times a day and let it ring once. Then they hang up without leaving a message. I couldn't answer it if I wanted to!

I have been getting about 4 calls everyday for close to a month now... They never leave a message and when I call back it simply says "Thanks for calling, leave a message".  NO name, NO contact, NO company information... How WIERD is that?

You can all file complaints for 'The Credit Exchange' via the Better Business Bureau's website www.bbb.org.  Hopefully if enough people report their sh*tty business practices they will stop harrassing people like all of us.  thanks and happy reporting!

I have been getting calls from 714-415-6720 for quite some time now.  I usually get several in a day at all different times.  After reading everyone's comments I decided to try to find out who the caller is by paying for a background report on the phone number.  Here is the results of the report:

I printed a list of contact numbers for Time Warner and you can bet they will be hearing from me until I stop receiving these annoying calls.  I recommend that everyone do the same.  Good luck.

I have left several messages for this company to stop calling and I get 4-6 of them a day.
