Person called me to my work place and my cell phone by the name of David Jones from a law firm that I was being indicted on 3 felony charges.  Could understand his accent. I do believe that these people are trying to get money from anyone that they can.  I called the number back and after questioning him he hung up on me.

I, too, rec'd a harrassing pc today stating I was a "primary suspect" in 3 felony charges including violation of federal banking laws and theft by deception.  I'm in the middle of researching them with the help of a forensic computer detective friend who told me to google the firm and other things.  Good thing I did.  I can rest easy tonight because this guy sounded authentic, at least to me he did.

I have been receiving threatening calls as well.  John Shaun Taylor form 714-441-8689, states that I took out a loan 398.87 from cash advance company. Would not tell me the name of the company, he stated that I am going to jail on fraud charges, and the police officers will be at my house at any time, he provided my address, I asked the account number that I was suppose to have done this with and name of company, address, etc,  he then hung up on me, so I called back and tried to speak him again and get more information,  he stated that the court will take care of this and the police.His company is now called OU Law Firm (really?)  THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FOREIGN CROOKS they should be in jail for harassing people.

They left a message saying that I was a prime suspect in something could not understand them just wanted to call me back Just reported them and going to record them next time they call I think they need to get a real life and learn how to talk english

I received a phone call at my work, David Jones left a message with the receptionist that I am to call immediately that it was a legal matter.  He told me that I had taken out a payday loan and that I am not paying in good faith, which is a lie.  He also said that I was going to be arrested at my place of employment and be put in jail.  They wanted a copy of my drivers license my account information because they needed to deduct $250.00 from my account by the end of business, or else.....called my bank and reported this.  DONT FALL FOR IT, WHAT A SCAM.

Called me, claiming I needed to pay back money for a payday loan I never took out.  Said his name was "David Jones", but had a very thick Hindi accent, and was almost unintelligible.  Bunch of morons.

I have been getting several phone calls from a Matt and/or David Jones. Today he talked with my husband that said I owe debt to a check cashing/checking advance company and that if I don't contact them today a Sheriff will be at my door Monday to arrest me, leaving me to pay restitution etc, and that they've sent an email that I haven't responded to as well. I've never gotten an email, every person that calls me is middle eastern and I can hardly understand them. This is so frustrating!

Called my job a threatened the police were on their way to arrest me on 3 felony charges?  I don't even have an unpaid traffic ticket?  Would give me no information only wanted information from me.

they called me from this number claiming to be secret service seriously what a bunch of retards the secret service wouldnt call they would just show up seriously these people need to get a life

hi i just recieve a call from them as wqell this morning. david jones left a message.  i have called back a number of times. sometimes itll ring for a while and  then it says this number is no longer in service, sometimes it says all circuts are busy. what should i do??? should i be worried?

I am getting calls on my work (government) and cell phone. They are saying that I took a loan out in bad faith which I never have. They (Jeff Stewart, David Jones both middle eastern accents) tell me different things. One tells me they work for Oakview Law Group in California and give me the number (714) 441-8689. I try to call it and it is a busy signal. The other guy tells me they work for the Secret Service. They threaten I will be arrested and will appear in court. I actually called the police and while talking to the police they called me again. I put the phone on speaker. They wanted me to fax a copy of my drivers license and they were going to transfer me to the department where they could take my account and collect the $250 they said I owe them. The officer got on the phone with them and they said to the officer "what is your bar #." The officer explained they don't have bar numbers they have badge numbers. The guy then screamed you are a liar and a cheater! This is ridicolous. Fortunately, they do tell me that I have to go to court on Friday, locally. I work for the courts so I know that is a lie. It's unfortunate these people get away with the harassment, but I can assure you I am going to investigate and investigate anything when I get a call like this. Jokes on these fools this time. Glad you guys caught it too. I am sure they have been successful at make a few people victims.

Indian sounding guy left a minute voicemail detailing a law suit it was a lie. Said it would effect my credit never said he was attempting to collect a debt. It didn't make sense he.rambled.

just received a call from 714-441-8689 saying they were from the cyber crime division. I told them i had already reported them to the feds. and not to call again.

They have called me at my job a number of times and it is always the same foreign man and he says I owe some credit company money for a loan I took out, which I have never taken a loan out and threatens a lawsuit and I am going to court.. Then when I get ignorant with him and tell him I know this is a fraudelant company and I have contacted the FBI because he actually has my personal information which is scary he will hang up on me... I have actually called the FBI and the officer told me to put a fraud alert on my credit just incase... I am SO sick of him calling me!!!!!
