I was getting these calls too.  If they are calling your mobile, just download Mr. Number and put them on your block call list... no need to risk jail to take care of it!

They call everyday. I've told them every time that I am on the do not call list. They told me that they do not care.

I finally received a call from this number and got a human talked to me.
She claimed that she represents a general contractor and like to schedule a visit to offer their service.
I just asked her to take me off their call list.

called a couple of times and didn't leave a message.  when I did answer he said he was a general contractor and when I said I didn't need any work done he said thanks and hung up.

Called twice within a 1/2 hour, 1st time they said they were a general contractor. 2nd time I mentioned that I was just called by this number and asked them to be removed and that I was on the do not call list.

I got a call every other day and when I try to call back it says it's disconnectted.

get the Panasonic phone. it has block feature.

So from what I can ascertain, this is a automated caller.  People have reported in their posts that this maybe a "Housing Contractor"/Debt Collector.  Since I am far from being in debt and have been receiving calls from this number, I am going to assume that they are contractors.  But that will have to be determined if the caller actually ever speaks.  
If anyone should happen to actually get someone on the line - ask for their address & his contractors license #, (If they are certified they will have #).  And then please post his license # and contact information here.
Then everyone who receives harrassing calls can call the "Better Buisness Burrow" and report the Harrassment.  When a so called "Contractor" is researched all of those reports will show up attached to his license # and he will be unable to receive any new buisness due to the complaints!

Get a lot of calls from that number. When I call back I used to get a message that the number had been disconnected. Now I get a voice that the person is not available - please leave a message.
Caller ID says Garden Grove.

Just called said his name was Travis in Anaheim and he is a contractor and wanted to know if we needed any work done. I said not at this time and there was no response. I guess he just hung up.

I just got called a few minutes ago.  Didn't answer because I didn't know the number.  They are now blocked.  Bugs the heck out of me since I too am on the do not call list...

They call saying they are the daughters of a general contractor but they are very rude .  they call me a bi*** because i said I didn't need there help.

This number continues to call me as well and i was able to speak with this guy today. He said his name was Peter Day and he is a General Contractor in Garden Grove. He said he has his B1 Contractors license. I told him to stop calling me since i am on the do not call list. If it happens again i will report him.

Got several cls from  714-489-5546.. Based in GG...but wireless num provided by co in L.a.    I called the num, 1st mess was  verizon num was disconnected, I cld again, I got a  mess saying... subscriber for google web not avail, plz leave mess.

I recvd  the calls on my cell & I did  leave them a mess.....

I  reported the number to Verizon security (my wireless provider) & since my ID was stolen they were quick to take action & research, I was told  # being used is from a subscriber to google web. Disc #'s get grabbed up by people like this, then disc that num, grab another num.  It's a service through google ???

I blocked the number, called the police, sent google web a complaint. I hope they catch these people. It's irritating.

Just got a call from a girl saying her dad's "a licensed contractor could they do any work for us?" I said "maybe later but not now, may I have some contact information?" to which she answers
"my name is jessica..." I stop her and honestly ask " I thought it was courtney?"
She hung up.

Folks, this stuff will increase with tight economic times. People need to generate money to survive.

This is a Garden Grove, Calif number.  I recieved at least 16 calls from as far back as March 2010 thru August 2010.  I just answer the call without saying a word.  Its just plain harrassment.  They should put people like this in the Loony Ward with a Strait jacket so tIt maybe a hey cant use their fingers to dail or use the computer to do that function and tape their mouth up so voice recoinition will not do the dailing. In other words just mummified them.

Thank you for your suggestion, Mark. I have the Panasonic phone and didn't realize that I had this feature. This phone number calls me several time a day. When I actually answer the call, there is no one there. What are they trying to accomplish??????

I'm receiving calls from this number consistantly along with numerous others. So far my list is up to 23. I've submitted them to the FCC but they required "your life biography" before the will process the complaint!!! It's FRUSTRATING!!!

What is going on? twice a day calls? no message? no nothing?
