Got the same recording about my vehicle's warranty.. Pressed 1 to speak to a representative.  Female answered, said her name is Shannon.  I asked "how do you spell  that, shannon" ... she hung up on me.

i just got a call from that number too, and im from KS and what is the law that says telemarketers cant call cell phones because i want to tell them the next time they call

I just got a call from this number 5 minutes ago, Never pick up calls you don't recognize, especially if you don't know anyone that lives in that particular area code. I never pick up calls i don't know, as long as i know all my loved one's are safe i don't answer any unknown numbers.

Same thing.  It's about a warranty on my car about to expire.  The problem with this number for me is that I am living in the 714 area code so I thought it was somebody I knew, or an emergency call.  I guess I have to save it so I won't pick up again.

I got calls from this number too for several times, talking about the warranty of my vehicle will expire and asking me to re-active it. If these are spam, I will just ignore them. I am in states too.

DON'T ANSWER... # IS A SCAM. THEY MOST LIKELY WON'T KEEP CALLING IF YOU JUST REJECT THE CALL OR IGNORE IT. YOU CAN THEN BLOCK IT INCASE THEY TRY CALLING AGAIN AND NOT GET BOTHERED.

They are not just targating PR, I am in the states and have a phone# that is from nowhere but the state I live in.

I guess someone is selling out the numbers, couse my cell is prepaid, and it has been only like two months since I have it, and only a handfull of people know my number.Mine is at&t, I guess some one is making money out of us? By the way I do remind you that those calls here in PR are Illegal.

I received a call from the same number 7144954814 a few days ago, April 8. I pick up but nobody answered. It was strange for me so i tried to verify who was calling me, and the only thing that i know is from california, by a telecommunication provider as prepaid phone. the situation was more strange 'cause i'm in PR too, i received the call 3 hours after my best friend Jack received a call from the same number but she didn't pick up. she thinks was a friend of both, but i have my number just one month ago and nobody knows that i changed.

Hey, by the way I am also from PR, any of you guys from here have any idea to whom should we report this to? Couse the law says that you are not supossed to recieve phone calls from telemarketers, any type of call like this is prohibited by law.

I guess as you guys say, they are targeting the 787 area code cause even thou my cel is 787 from PR I'm in the States and got 2 missed calls from this number 30 minutes ago, but it only rings once before they hang up...oh well they can keep trying I don't answer any number I don't know!

These guys have a system in place to scan all numbers available, got calls to both celnr I have as well as to office and home. I wish I could find a way to stop them from calling. Voice prompt (in Spanish here in Puerto Rico at least) talks a lot of crap about that the cost for car repair is out of control and that one can get an assesment free of charge. Now I haev stored there numer in my phone as contact with name Crap so I can reject their calls

Man, you andme buddy,  carefull their scammers trying to see if they can some how get your social security number by fooling you in to believing a whole story that they make up. It's best tell them to go screw them selves or report them, but I dont know to what agency.
