Thanks Anita; I haven't received any more calls from this bozo, but most of these guys hang up before the answering machine can come on.

Since I'm almost always home & near the phone, I'm going to change tactics: turn off ringer & have machine greeting 'phone's not ringing, so I won't know you're calling unless you leave a message'.  The robocalls won't wait for that, so there might be less future annoyance.

These solar outfits are real scum, if you were a legit business why would you have to spoof your number. Nobody gonna do business with thiefs. They are more likely out to steal your credit info or just cheat you into signing a worthless contract with them. Before it was Rachel from card services, now it seems every solar installer is trying to rip you off. When did they let the cockroaches out of the cupboard. Why are you using some poor illegal immigrants number too.

Your best bet is to BLOCK these phone numbers. I highly recommend Panasonic telephones because most of their models have Built-In ?CALL BLOCK? feature, which mean you won?t have to pay your phone company/provider a penny (some providers charge a monthly fee for blocking). And in my opinion the best place to buy Panasonic phones is at COSTCO as they have some of the best prices, models w/the best money back guarantee and hassle-free returns.

Like you, I wondered whether leaving my answering machine off would help reduce/eliminate these robocalls.  In some cases, over the past 3 months, I haven't received calls from a few numbers that always called every single month.  However, I'm still receiving calls from what others report as a solar company.  

The downside to leaving your answering machine off is you have to monitor all your calls coming in particularly those you want to answer.  

So far, in the past 3 months, my answering machine has been off, and like I said above, some calls have ceased.  Give it a try.  Good luck to you.

tired of these calls calling all times of the day and when you call back, they are dissconnected, this harrassment has go to stop

My call blocking space is also full, and after having to erase some of the earliest calls from several months ago--they start calling again!  Ugh!!

I never pick up calls from numbers I don't recognize--including these idiots--but been wondering something for a while now: Does leaving the answering machine ON also tell these dummies I've got a WORKING NUMBER SO THEY'LL KEEP CALLING, or should I simply turn it off if it rings when they ring & I'm home? Would appreciate input, thanks.

another call that did not leave message.  HELLO  FCC do something  This is caller number 160 on list from past few months.  I cannot sue a unknown

We are harassed by this phone number. When we pick up nobody is there and you can't call back.

I just received a call from this number.  Caller id said, "number Unavailable," so I did not pick up.

This call displays an ID of "Ocampo Glory", whatever the f*** that is.  

The caller, 714-496-3350, called us 10:06, my wife answered and told him , " please do not call again" while I was out. I returned the call 1 hour later. The funny message said". The line is not a working number".
It used 714-933-7175 to call us & others before.

I saw the number on the caller ID but don't answer. They call repeatedly. I wish we could stop them.

Caller id says cellular call.  It is a recording stating I am eligible for free solar press 5 to hear more press 3 to no longer receive calls.   I pressed three...doesn't stop them from using another number for same message.  So annoying.. I am on do not call registers but it does no good...get calls all the time for solar and medical alerts products.  Have used all space on my blocking don't know what else to do...
