Added this phone number to my FIOS digital call blocker. Unfortunately, can only block 10 numbers at a time and it doesn't do a god danged thing for spoofed numbers.

And a FOURTH CALL this morning. Answered this time. A female specifally asked for my husband by name!! When I asked who's calling, said she was with the Home Center. Asked if she realized that this was the fourth time today that she called, she said it was not her, but that there are many home centers. I said it was from this number, and please take us off "her List". She said yes, but we'll see if that happens!!!!

Did you get that name/address from a reverse-lookup? If so, it's probably a bogus caller ID. The address you've listed is a residence. I doubt Mr.Pham is running a call center out of his house. More likely he's a victim of caller ID fraud.
With so many people now aware of the FTC/FCC rules and quick to file a complaint with their State's Attorney General, unscrupulous call centers are now broadcasting a bogus caller ID (they can manipulate the name AND number that are displayed) so that call recipients can't identify the call center in a complaint. The more sophisticated ones will use a caller ID that's local to the number their calling, on the assumption that you're more likely to pick up if it appears to be a local call. Some of the really dirty operators are actually broadcasting their competitor's caller ID, so complaints get lodged against their competitor.

Called TWICE this morning already, and
TWICE yesterday too!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Leaves no message.
Caller ID says OUT OF AREA or CALIFORNIA.
Guess they are confused as who they are, where they live,
and definately, DO NOT HAVE A LIFE!!!!!
