this phone number 714-551-0085 is a scam phone number , these guys will say you qwe money from a cash advance pay day loans , you never apply for then they talk fast giving you different amount you owe  then say they name officer steve rogers badge no. 997, call a max morris to work out the pay day loans payments adding late fees and etc. do not fall for this scam, they also call your job wanting to talk to your manager,saying you and your manager will be arrested , please do not fall for this scam , I KNOW THIS I WAS A PERSON WHO FELL FOR THIS SCAM !!!!!!!!!!

Had a person call me, threatening to have officers come and arrest me a well as my manager if I  didn't settle a debt.  But was unwilling to give me the information of the supposed lender coming after me, how do I know if this is a scam?

This is a debt collector trying to use scare tacktics to collect. It is against the law for them to tell you there will be criminal procecution for a debt. They can not have you, your manager,or any of your references arrested. The problem is, these types of debt collectors are from out of the country and are untracable. they change their phone number frequently, and will not give any specific information regarding the debt, or their agency. Anything they do tell you is a lie. I agree with the advise given to "magz", enjoy your calls with them and have some fun. Just let them know you are aware of the laws pertaining to Debt Collection, and it is againts the law to threaten criminal procecution for outstanding debts. I love when they claim to be a lawyers office, and I have to explain the laws to them, makes me giggle. Try not to get too vulgar, than can be brutle at times, be prepared if that is the route you plan on taking.

dont worry i got a call from them 2 weeks ago and filed a complaint with miami dade polie department. the sargent basically told me to get my anger and frustration out on them because they cant do anything about it. It is peculiar that its a number from LA and they say its from pittsburg PA. your not going to get arrested and the only way anyone can sue you is if a person physically comes to your door and serves you (not in an email).

Received a call from 714-55-0065 stating that I have three legal charges against me and if I don't contact him back right now and take care of this, they will come to my work and and home and arrest me. I called the number back asking for their information per my attorney, the rep gave me the name of Davis Harris legan Service in Pit PA. but would not give me the fisical address. When I asked for that again he stated that he was too busy but I told him that he had time to give me that much information he could give me the address. He told me to go on the internet and find them. When I asked for it again, he stated "SHUT UP" and hung up the phine. These call have been coming to me from different companies and they are not giving out too much information. They are interferring with my home and work life and want them to stop.

Received a call from phone # 715-551-0065 ext 10216917 stating that there was a pending investigation going on and thtat they would come to my place of residence or work and have me my manager and the 2 references arrested. Got a message from this same number claiming his name was Ryan Johnson.  Accent was so thick could barely understand him.  Threatening us to pay some debt, we better call or legal action will occur.  Didn't even have our names right.  Obviously they need to stop these people from their harrassing calls if this many people are having problems.

yes they called me stating that they are going to take  me to court. Im in Texas .

They keep calling my work phone...been through this before with other people so i just ignore them...your not going to jail. No one would call and tell you that. A cop would just show up at your house or job to arrest you if you did something wrong that required you to be arrested....they're idiots

It is a scam the Attorney Generals Office of Nc has passed down a notice about this number who refer to themselves as Law Offices . Often using names like Ron Johnson , Officer Richards, Geral Bardarm etc this is a scam do not be alarmed they Calofornia PD is aware an are investigating further details . Do not give any or confirm any indentifying information about you or any one else. Simply ask them not to call back and hang up. Chances are they will call you back using a unknown or private number just do not give them information. Hope this helps and please pass it along to others!

Man calls saying he is looking for my husband because he is facing faud and some kind of other charges to do with a pay day loan than he suggests that we can settle out of court with sexual favors(not in these nice words)
