Called us again 11/11/13, 6:40pm.  We didn't answer, they didn't leave message.  This time, CallerID said CUSTOMER SERVIC.

Same as everyone - call from 714-559-4180 - no answer, no message - CID "customer service" - I do not want to refi or talk to you.  If I did, i would have called you first !!!  
I will compalin again to dnc list but never does any good - they should save taxpayer dollars and dismantle that dept, put it towards something that does work !  I have been getting a lot of telemarketer calls lately too - sounds like its time to disconnect the house phone- what a shame it has come to this and we have no other recourse to stop them from bothering us at dinner time 7pm.

We got  a call from customer service on my ID Caller unit  on TV Sunday football game. Is customer service open on Sundays ?????  they did not leave message on my TTY/Fax answering  machine . I think that it is scam . I will ignore their another call if they do not leave message.

Some home mortgage robocaller telemarketer keeps calling at all hours of the day, but I can't get them to stop! B*****ds!

I've gotten multiple calls from "CUSTOMER SERVIC" in the last year or so, and got another today, featuring the (presumably spoofed) number 714-559-4180. I added that number to my blocked number list, but AT&T's regular landline "Privacy Manager" only allows you 10 blocked numbers. A much better solution is NOMOROBO -- available at nomorobo.com, but your provider has to support simultaneous ringing, which AT&T does not. I sent AT&T an email (attcustomercare@att.com) asking them to provide this service. The FCC isn't going to be of much help against these smaller offenders, so it's either a service like nomorobo (and they're the only ones providing this service) or ditch your landline. AT&T can also be reached at 1-800-288-2020. I would urge people to put pressure on AT&T. The telephone should be a useful device, not an annoyance.

I have been getting calls from this number and think it's Member Card Services. They are a SCAM and need to be reported to the Federal Trade Comm. Please do this online ..they need to be stopped. I am on the DNC list but keep getting calls from this company..they use a variety of different numbers...all when called back are out of service.

This number called me at 8:30'at night.  Caller ID said Santa Ana, my machine picked up and they didn't leave a message.  If I do pick up calls like this, and the low life starts his sales pitch, they get to hear exactly in four letter words what I think of them.  If everyone did this, instaed of being polite, maybe they wouldn't be able to get anyone to perform such a scumbag job.

These idiots call me and told me that they could lower my current mortgage. They said that I was flagged as being a potential customer to lower my mortgage rate dramatically. Unfortunately, they were wrong I paid my home off many years ago and have no mortgage......dirty lowdown liars!!!!!

(714) 559-4180 illegal robo caller lying about how my mortgage was flagged.
When I pressed 1 for costumer service to tell them where to stuff their mortgage BS, all reps were busy.
Hope people aren't so stupid as to do business with these lowlife scammers.

715pm; 714-559-4180 shows up & read "customer service". I ALMOST fell for it but my 'spidey sense' went off. No mssg left; hence f*g scum of telemarketing/robodial & the from posts hear, b.s. on mortgages.  Earlier I got a 999-999-9999 "name not found' call to which I did answer----to yell F.U. & heard a live voice, & hung up. No call back...maybe that worked??? HA! In a pig's eye it worked. These scums never ever learn but was fun to yell :)

Just posted but I think this is robo call for 916-900-3649. 916 number called me under 20 minutes after 714-559-4180 called me.  When I answered 916 number, it was some SCAM LOAN company that wanted me to leave message so they can call me back. LOL

Called me on cell at 7pm. All lies saying my mortgage had been flagged. Bulloney. I pushed one to talk to "am advisor" but oh golly they were all busy. Left a message saying if these POS's called me again I'd hunt them down.

Robo call with recorded message for home loan modification.  Appears to be scammers, since I don't even have a home mortgage!  

(11/5/2013) My answering machine picked up but they did not leave a msg. The # says Santa Ana, CA. I returned call as I have family in the 714 area code. # answered and gave me the option of putting my # on the Do Not Call List.  Hoping that will do the trick!

This number keeps calling my cell phone...I have reported these jerks to FTC 3 times already...they also call my home, when I answer they hang up...they don't leave any messages if you don't answer...

They are scammers.  Thieves.   If they were Legitimate "Registered with the FTC"  Telemarketing Businesses,  who are required to purchase and regularly update the Do Not Call Registration List,   they can be fined up to 16K.  This scammer would never Registered with the  FTC and give away who and where they are nor would they be allowed to purchase the DNC list.

Calls are spoofed meaning caller id blocking won't work because number is phony. Calls are from some foreign low life scum making calls over Internet. Calls are almost certainly not from 714 area. If you have friends or relatives, you might wish to reconsider what is an idle act.

Female voice implies you have been chosen for mortgage reduction and even if already received a reduction, can get still further reductions. New technique is to make you wait for operators to leave your number.

Likely identity theft or fraud. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LOWLIFE.  Although the caller id is CUSTOMER SERV, the only service they want is to take your money or personal information.
