Don't know who this is  He said his name is Joseph Bryant. and he said I should call back. Gave a case # for reference.  No further info.

left msg on my voice mail  Same thing  said he was Joseph  (some last name)  said it was imperative that i call him  i am not calling him  also received some calls from a New York number a few years ago  Same thing call this number  when i  did not call back they left threatening messages.

These type of scams need to be reported to the states Attorney General Office, FBI at www.ic3.gov, and possibly local law enforcement if the calls continue.  Any company threatening to file criminal charges for a debt is a scam.

I recently got a call from this number but they called my sister in law first then i called t back said i took a payday loan out online in febuary and the compnay was getting me for fraud if i didnt pay it back!! needless to say i gace him a peice of my mind and told him i have never received or applied for a payday loan and they would never see any money from me for something i didnt receive or feell out for1!! i think it is a scam someone trying to get people to sdend him money somehow!!

Did you ever figure out who they where. Is it real or fake? I recently got a call from them also but havny called them back yet.

caller l/m on my v/m speaking really quickly.  Said his name was Joseph Bryant, he was calling from  Vital Case.  Had my first and last name.  I called him back.  He said he was looking for someone I knew from years ago.  Said she used me as a contact for something.  He kept it vague as did I.
