Received a call on my cell phone

I receive a call from this number everyday of the business week. We seem to be on some kind of auto-dialer. I was able to catch the call once and no one responded. I tried calling back and received an automated msg tht the # was no longer in service. It's routed from Cali. Any suggestion on how to put a stop to this? It's getting pesty and annoying. Help!

I answered yesterday - regarding a credit card, but they didn't say a name of the company or the credit card.It was an  Automated message that said there was nothing wrong with my credit, but I could reduce my interest by pressing a number now.  Also gave me an option to be removed from calling list by hitting another number.  They've called a few more times since. This is similar to the car warranty scam that was used several months back. If you answer and talk to someone eventually and demand their company name they hang up on you.

I recieved a call but without the 01 prefix from the 714 area exchange.  Google shows the area code is from Anaheim Ca.  I didn't ans it and don't intend to either, I only ans calls from people that I know. I am going to find out how to report this to the FCC.

They have called me every day for the past week then when I finallly got to it in time nothing happened I am so very annoyed I just wish they would stop calling

They've called me 3 days in a row now. The first couple of times it showed up as the 1-714-597-3808 and the other times it showed up as +017145973808. No message

yes, they've called me yesterday (9/21/09) and today.  so annoying.  i haven't gotten to the phone in time to get them.  and when i call back, an automated message says this mobile number doesn't exist anymore.

got a call from this number on my cell three days ago. It displayed as 017145973808.  I didn't answer so I wouldn't use up my prepaid minutes on a junk call, and there was no message from whomever in my voice mail.  I wish I knew the origin of that call

the same thing happened to me!!

I keep getting the calls during work when I cannot pick up. I have Virgin Mobile so I have no idea how they got my number. They are trying to eat up my mionutes and I can't afford the wasted time. They need to stop!!!

somebody call at my cell , but i never answer when i don`t know how is it. But in this case never live message.

Hey I've been getting a call from this number everyday of the business week. I've reached peak frustration. The calls are out of California but i believe the number is registered thru T-Mobile. I think we are all part of an auto-dialer. FYI: Complaints concerning telemarketing calls to homes and cell phones can be made to the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Trade Commission.

I've been receiving these calls as well.

Report automated telemarketing calls at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx.  They are now illegal and the FCC may fine up to $16k per call.

Third time this week. Since I know no one in that area code, I just don't answer. I too am on the do not call list.

number has called my TRAC phone 4th time / 3 times today / no message called number back to identify if an aquaintence/ recieved message saying number was not in service/ Obviously a telemarketer/ no id I just send it to VM if its important someone will speak.

2nd phone call in 2 days from this number and no message either time.

Several calls have been made from this number. Tried calling back, and got a "voice mail box is full" message.

This number called me twice on different days.  I did not answer either time.  I'm on AT&T so this call is not limited to Verizon customers at all.  Thanks for the comments.  I won't be answering this number if they call again.

called my cell twice in 4 hours didnt answer either call, tried calling back and it said the number was disconnected and there was an automated message saying LA02 message3.

They just called me on my AT&T cell and then hung up on my voicemail. The caller ID said "Orange County Area"

I just got a call from this number, but I was away from my phone. 714-597-3808. When I called it back I was told that the number was disconnected and there was an automated message saying LA02 message3. The number that I have called is no longer in service.
