The owner of this telephone number is Kirk Shin. He lives at 1450 E Del Mar Ave, Orange, CA 92865. He must be pulling some kind of a scam.

got a call from some spanish telemarketer, thought it was a prank call or something. just got another call from 701-343-1070 like 15 minutes ago but i didn't answer.
i tried calling back on the first one because i thought it was a prank call but couldn't get through

Got a missed call from this number. One among many these days from telemarketers. No voice message and I googled instead of calling back. Since this site says it is a telemarketer, I won't bother. Should I dump garbage on Kirk Shin's doorstep? Is the call really coming from his phone? No one is enforcing the do-not-call list. I'm keeping my phone off now.
