I was hung up on three times by a nasty female with an accent when calling to be removed from list.

Same as everyone else, only I called them and pretended I had debt. They said they were part of Allied Services, main office in Florida. This 800 number is an answering service, same 2 people answered phone when I called numerous times. They hung up when I asked to speak to supervisor. Service connected me to a guy named Jon who took my (false) phone number and said Jon Coelho, Consultant, would call me back in half an hour.

Call from Debt Reduction Service.  Internet search = Paetec Communications co in Compton, CA. Paetec contacted and were very cooperative. They are a communication software service co ... T-1 lines etc. Requested that I contact my local PD and request a "call detail record" for my telephone no. for the number, time and date and fax a copy to their fraud dept. for follow up

They have called over and over..make them stop.

A call came in at 11:49 AM on 4/29/08, while I was reporting a call about debt reduction from what I think is the same group. When I picked up, it was a recorded message from Mark about satellite TV. I hung up and reported the number to:https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/

They ARE somehow using a variety of numbers to place these calls.  I've collected 8 different numbers thus far.  In ALL calls, I am told it is "Imperative" that I call the toll free number they provide.  They state it is about debt reduction due to an increase in minimum payments.  No amount of asking, from ANY of the numerous representatives I've spoken to, will get me off their call lists.  If you ask they simply hang up- EVERY TIME!

This number has called my home several times in violation of the do-not-call list.

They are also using 1-213-406-0027,1-909-842-8166, 1-408-651-8160.  They call 2 to 3 times a day - always saying it is "imperative" to call them back.

Numerous phone calls, over and over again..Everytime I hit 1, and go through to somebody & tell em to take me off, they hang up. Saying they're soem debt consolidation company!

Same issues, got one today in regards to credit card fraud. I just got this phone number a week ago (new phone) and only immediate family has it, no one else, so this must be some type of random dialer.

Unfortunately I can't submit a claim to the FCC because I'm under 18 (which is complete b***s***) "I declare under penalty of perjury that (1) I am over 18 years old"

Hopefully somebody puts an end to this, or else I might have to take them to court (which I will)!

Caller left a non-recorded message (and his name, forget what it was) saying it was "imperative" that I return the call due "inadequate payments" on our credit cards. I've filed a complaint with the DNC Registry, which our number has been on for more than five years.

"Sam Abbott" was today's voice, callback number 800-710-4895.  When I called back and told the "agent" they were violating my Do Not Call status the person immediately hung up on me.  This also happened yesterday and the day before.  The callback number varies but the caller id source is always the same.  I've filed 2 complaints with the DNC registry (which goes to the FCC), one for the callback number and one for the caller i.d. number shown above.

This is a prerecorded advertisement for Satellite Dishes from a company supposedly called Direct Solutions.  When I call the number back its always a person with a foreign accent that answers the phone as a Debt consolidation company. when i told them they needed to remove me from there calling list they just hung up over and over again.  I told them they would be reported to the fcc and also the ftc and they just told me to have a nice day and hung up once again.

Missed call

I received a call from the same number (714-607-5770), and the caller ID had the name "Dirct Solution".  It was a recording selling satellite TV with an offer of free installation.  We are on the DNC list, and have been for a long time (I even check periodically to make sure our listing doesn't expire from DNC).

I pressed "1" as per the recording, so I could get more information.  Someone named "Mike" with a foreign accent came on the line.

Me: "What company is this?"
Mike: "Dish Network"
Me: "How did you get our phone number?"
Mike: "The machine dials the numbers for us - just numbers in the machine."
Me:  "Well, Mike, this number is registered with the US governments "Do Not Call" program, and it's illegal for you to call.  I'm going to report this...."

And that ended the call.

So, just an fyi for you good people here, and I will do as a previous poster suggests and file a complaint with the ftc.

It only takes a minute or two to file the complaint and your doing a service to the community.  :-)

If you receive a call from this number please go to www.ftc.gov and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Click the link under Consumer Protection. This company is operating illegally and it is a scam to steal personal information. If you try to call them to have your number removed from their list they will just hang up on you.
If you received a call from this company on your cell phone you should also go to www.fcc.gov and file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission as it is illegal to call a cell phone with an automated telemarketing message.
Also if you receive calls from this number you will also receive the same message from different numbers and they may call themselves Data Link Inc. It is all the same scam.

Calling my mobile now on Satellite TV installations.

I believe this is the same company that uses the phone numbers 603-214-3547 and 213-710-8151. Usually they say they are a debt management company .They are calling my cell number and this is a month after I registered my number on the dont call list. What can we do? They call pretty much everyday!!! If anyone has any luck getting them to stop call please post it! Thanks

They keeping calling about debt consolidation, and I think they are using all kinds of different numbers.  What the heck.  This is my cell not even home, and I just had this reactivated recently.
