received a call from this number but I didn't answer it. Was listed as PH Direct.

They have ca;;ed 10 times today I am a lawyer I will send them a letter! and take them to court

These guys call every couple of day's, next time I will answer it and give them some of the what-for!

It is for a complany supposedly to help you get out of debt.  I asked to be taken off of their calling list and the guy flipped out and said f - off, go to hell, and a few other choice things.  I have tried to call back and they keep hanginin up on me.

Same thing as everyone else... The # calls every couple of days but I never am able to pick up in time, Ive called back and got someone who does not speak ANY english so I hang up... They haven't been calling enough to be "annoying" but it sounds like some of you are upset... I dont want it to come to that...

Wow didn't know that there were this many people getting bombed by this number.  I received a call from that number yesterday but didn’t answer it.  Just did a search for this number and here I am with everyone else.  I would love to hear back on the people who actually claim they're going to do something about it.  These number pushers will always exist along with the all the physical junk mail we receive in the mail.

This number calls everyday.. When you call back you can only leave a message. I'm tired of this.

I didn't know who this was (missed call), so I called the number back and got some message about an incorrect authorization number.

They are making solicitations to my cell phone. They need to reimbursement for this call.

I live in san francisco, just got a call about 3 minutes ago from suspected telemarketer after already signing up for the "do not call" list, <what a joke>.  Got a message about credit card debt, what a joke and a half...I'm a general assistence applicent with no bank account of ANY kind.  The only way this company could have found my number is through the unkind act's of att&t.  My verdict, shut those f***ers down.

Received a call from this number 714-607-5777 on 23 June 08; Caller ID showed "PH".  No message was left.  Who is this and why are they calling?

when i answered the phone, it was a machine talking, so i pressed 1 to connect to someone and told them that i was on the do not call list and instead of being polite, they hung up on me... it had to do with getting a good deal on satillite...

Mortgage get out of debt something or other.  There was no "press 2 to be removed from the list", so I pushed 1 and waited a few minutes on hold.  Finally got some girl from "customer service" and proceeded to act dumb for a while while she was talking.  Then I just set the phone on the table and starting saying what?, how much?, etc. until they hung up.  It costs them $$ per second they are on the phone.  I suggest the next time you get called talk to them for as long as you can.  Eventually they will go out of business if they are talking and not selling.

This is a number that calls and hangs up upon the answering machine taking the call.  Assume it is a marketer - A/C is Orange County -

calling from the modification department to help lower my monthly mortgage payment.  worse thing about it is that they are calling my business phone.  very annoying to have to keep either hearing the phone ring off the hook or to pick it up and have it be a recording.

person said his name was jonathan ryan and to call back at 866-554-3879 - just don't have the time to pick up the phone and battle these people to take this number off the list.  i have had many calls similar to this one on my business phone and i did actually call one back - when i told them it was a business phone number and to take me off their call list - she hung up on me.

they keep calling me and saying they're a different company every time.. this time they were from a satellite company with some special deal. i spoke to the people at the Federal Trade Commission about this (because not only does this number call me every day, but i get calls from other people like this too.)  they said it's a scam and even if you're on the do not call list, scam companies like this do not pay attention to the list, so there is little they can do.  do call and report them at the FTC if you can though or go to the do not call website to report them.  good luck

They called my office number with a prerecorded message about my mortgage being in foreclosure, press "1" to speak to an agent.  I don't have a mortgage, so I knew it was a scam -- I pressed "1" and asked the person who answered for the name and address so that I could file a complaint.  She sounded like this happens a lot...she told me that it was "Allied Referral of Canada, 517 Maple Leaf Drive, Ottawa, Canada, and I don't remember what our zip code is".  Nice try, lady, but they don't call 'em zip codes in Canada and you wouldn't really be calling from Orange County if you were in Ottawa.  And I think you could think of something more creative than Maple Leaf Drive, couldn't you?

Just got YET another call about my car warranty - from the same # as those for mortgages and satellite dishes. Every time I wait to talk to someone, as soon as I complain they hang up. Is there anything we can do beyond reporting to the FCC? I was thinking of calling the state attorney general's office.

Picked up but no one there then they hung up on me.

They just called me. A female operator talking about "Auto Warranty... expires soon ... final call...press 1 to talk to life..operator..."
They are calling every second day and I told them (the life operator) every time they should put me on the do not cal list. They say the will it will take 48 hours but that was loooong ago. And I have little kids they are just about to fall asleep at that time! I really hate this type of calls!!!!!!!

All the registration info. is bogus, a cover.  Digitcom is out of business and prohibited by the California SoS from transacting business.  Check the registry.  They were bought by another scum sucker that is using the old info conveniently.  The REAL perpetrator is:

Since they're not authorized to transact business, they are just criminals.  The SoS has been notified.  The FTC knows.  And they are bought and paid for.  You have no voice.  The business of America is business and the preferred method is straight fraud.

(310)358-7000 or (800) 464-5446 will get you a real person that will debate the issue.  They claim that one of their customers is using the old Digitcom data to place the calls.  Krap.  It's them.  I came across a personal communication, using the current number and address of Wildgate, being used by a "Digitcom" employee.  It is my considered opinion that Wildgate is liable on a number of counts.

I get this call every couple of months and just ignore... if they don't want to leave a message, it must not be that important! I've gotten similar calls before from a person claiming to be involved with Macy's credit - uhm, I owe $0 on my card. It irritates me that there are companies like this making you think you have some sort of bad debt you don't even know about! My best friend is a lawyer and advised to never give your account info out to anybody! If you are truly dealing with a debt collector, research your rights, and if you pay, do it by cashier's check only!

They keep calling but hang up when I try to talk to a live idiot.
