Who is the owner?

Caller claims to be a representative from Visa.  Claims to want to lower my rates.  When asked to call them back, they hang up.  Got a recording of the phone call.  They lied many times about what they were saying, but the key is that Visa will never call you up and ask for your credit card information.  THEY ALREADY HAVE IT!  LOL  I can't believe people fall for this.  They keep wanting to "verify" your information and "qualify you".  Don't fall for it!

I talked to the caller after pressing "1" and gave them enough fictional information to get her to talk to me the longest.  LOL  When I asked for a number to call her back, she hung up on me!  I am filing a NYS Fraud Complaint against them. Am also calling Visa to complain to them. Hehe Nothing like a large multinational giant breathing down your neck.  The number on the caller I.D. is 714 607-5706.

I received a call earlier on 10/23/09 from the phone number 714-607-5786 and heard a recording.  I pressed 1 to talk to a person and said "I am on the federal do not call list.  Please take me off your list or I will report you".  She said "How will you do that?"  I said "There is a website"  She said "Oh yeah, you're a f****ng w***e, you c***" and she proceeded to spew a stream of degrading and obscene assaultive language to me, violating the privacy of my home.  I also called the number back and received the same message as above.  I have reported this on the do not call website and will now also report it to the FTC.  I am seriously thinking of pursuing a civil lawsuit through diversity jurisdiction and will do research and write the California business licensing board, as well as seek guidance from the Michigan State Attorney General (where I reside) and the Better Business Bureau.

Weird I got this today also.  Something about eternal life and god loves you.  Not sure if the whole # is the same, but it's a 714 area code.
