Same message. Stating the matter involved my property, Funny since we rent. Guy was very rude! Who are they supposed to be representing?

One of my family members fot a call from the same number saying that i had a summon to appear, i got freak out, im not going to lie, but i read that the only way you can get one is if a sheriffs office send's you one in person, and you have to sign off the summons.

The first time they called, they claimed to be from "the Sheriff's office," but would not tell me the jurisdiction, as in what sheriff. They wanted to know if I would be home between 8 and 4 to receive legal documents. When I hung up, they left a voicemail message claiming to be from "the clerk's office" and left a message with a bunch of random legal sounding words, but it was not coherent. Apparently it was a scare tactic to get me to call back.

This number left a message on my answering machine, telling me I had 24 hors to respond in regards to a property I Own. When I've never owned any property in my life. Must be a scam. Beware of this number and their harassing messages!!

Harrassing phone calls from a debt collection company threatening to garnish my wages for U.S. Bank. U.S. Bank confirmed that these calls are not regarding any business with them. They actually advised me to call the police.
