They did the same thing to me-it came up as "private caller" and they called 37 times in about an hour one day, so I blocked private numbers. This time it came up as a west palm beach cell phone. They always leave this number, the I assume debt collector CSS (which, btw, does NOT show up on my credit report) and a case number and say to call for legal document delivery. The one time I spoke to them I told them to deliver it certified mail. Still have not gotten anything. This is more than bordering on harrasment, but at this point I'm not sure what to do about it.

I got the same call today...I called the number and was given a legal department who said I was facing a lawsuit.....very weird.  So, since she was on a conference call, she wanted me to call her back in 30 minutes.

I received the same call from this company just today.  They stated the same thing and left a case number.  I have absolutely no idea what this is for....but they are harassing me!!!!!

We got a voice message from a Mr. Stacy Brown of CCS who said he was authorized to deliver legal documents to my daughter and needed to know when someone would be home to accept the package.  He said to call back and speak to Robert Stanley, the man who was hiring him to deliver, at 714-610-9169.  He left a case number that means nothing to us.

After reading other posts here about fraudulent collection agencies, I'm curious if others have received calls from this phone number.
