You cannot be sued legally if the debt has reached the statue of limitations, unless its for student loans. They are wasting there time buying people's old debt and tripling the original amount. I would say that is a scam.

they are a  collection firm, beware if you owe them money, they do sue. As someone who owes money, I suggest you try and work something out with them AFTER they have proven to you they own the account. I have been sued for debt and it sucks, be careful of listening to some of the people on these web pages, they like to call every collector a scam, BUT a scam can't sue you, this company (ALG) can and will sue.

This phone number belongs to Insphere Insurance Solutions in Costa Mesa, Ca. They offer Life & Health Insurance. Agents usually call up just about anyone to create a book of business. No need to get upset lol. Just let the caller know your not interested and put on DNC registry. :)

Telemardeter call to my cell phone about Health Insurance. I ask her to email me all the information & she told me she will not because me or my spouse will never understand it... Little she knows I am a general physician lol... Very rude lady & unprofessional. Very annoying & keeps calling. Be aware of this scamer... I am sure if anyone what she is doing is slaming people..
