The Better Business Bureau issued an alert against another timeshare resale firm suspected of being a scam operation.

The Connecticut branch of the BBB is warning consumers to steer clear of ?Premier Timeshare Solutions?. Supposedly based in Palm Beach, Florida, is accused of collecting fees for timeshare resale services, without following through on its deals.

The company?s website claims ?We are the worlds (sic) leader?? without specifying in what area. It also includes the promise, ?When you do business with Premier Timeshare Solutions you can count on our commitment to conduct business with honesty, integrity and ethical standards that are among the highest in the industry.?

According to the site, the company shares clients sale, offer and search statistical data: ?We know we aren?t perfect, but we strive to improve with every client we serve and the positive results of these efforts are here for all to see.?

Despite these claims, however, the BBB has been receiving a rash of complaints against the company?s supposedly unethical standards. All of the cases deal with its offer of an immediate buyer, which never materializes despite the advance payment from the owners.

According to the complaints, Premier actively contacts timeshare owners by phone. In all cases, it says the same thing: a buyer is ready on the line, all we need is your approval and advance payment. The company then promptly disappears once the ?closing fee? has been wired. In some cases, it claims that the buyer ?backed out at the last minute?. It either promises to return the money, or flatly tells the owner that the fee is non-refundable.

In one complaint, a man paid over $7,700 for a ?sale? that did not push through. The company guaranteed that it would wire back the payment, which never happened.

In another case, a couple paid $1,250, supposedly to cover the ?title search, document preparation and closing fees?. After waiting for two weeks without any update, the owners contacted the business only to be told that the buyer canceled at the last minute, and that the ?title search funds? were non-refundable.

Affected consumers who tried pursuing the company for their refunds found that Premier operates under a slew of different names, all sharing the same address and officers. Upon investigation, owners found that the address belongs to C&G Marketing Associates, supposedly a limited liability company registered in Florida.

Other owners who tried contacting Premier representatives after their payment found that the numbers belong to a different business or residential homes. The company?s main hotline re-directs to a voice mail, which informs callers that the mailbox is full.

If you have dealt with the Premier Timeshare Solutions, or have been contacted by their representatives, you are urged to contact your state?s Attorney General?s Office, or get in touch with the local branch of the BBB.

I was called from this number today about timeshare and it wasn't even for me!  To make matters worse, this person repeatedly said "f*** you" to me.  When I asked him what he said to me, he continued to state "f*** you" to me!
